LOL,that's because Acrophobia is a gyro drop which has it's seating unit designed as one large ring.

Yeah, Acro doesn't have 10 sides. Ha ha ha.

It should be noted that Acro, unlike the giant drops, does not have a counterweight in the tower... so the two wincheds draw a LOT of power to hoist the ring to the top, especially when the ring is still in the brakes.

Went to PGA today and rode Drop Zone 4 times. One of the six sides was down, and so I asked a few differnt ops about it and they all just said "it isn't operating right now." I guess they get asked the question a lot.
