Indiana Jones Adventure at WDW?

I can't help but think the ice machine became a nightmare to maintain and was yanked to save a few $$$.
My understanding is that it didn't even last a few weeks!

Almost as long as the Rocket Rods!

On my one and only trip to DL I actually got to ride them. What a LAME ride. Not even worth a 15 minute wait.

The good news, as part of the rejuvination of Tomorrow Land (Buzz, Space Mountain, Bringing back the submarine ride, etc.) there are pretty strong rumors coming out of TDA (Team Disney Anaheim) that the People Mover is coming back! Yay! THey are also moving the rocket jets back to their rightful place. Now to put SOMETHING worthwhile in the Innoventions building, put a good attraction in the dismally attended Honey I Shrunk the Audience, etc. :)

I've only seen HISTA in Paris. It was funny, but maybe that was because it was dubbed in French.

YAY a Disney post!

I have never been to DL but i agree that the Peoplemover should come come back...I work at the WDW version (TTA) which most agree should still be called the Wedway Peoplemover (the control panels still call it that)

I dont see the Indy show leaving too soon...though Light Motors Action is an AMAZING show.

They should fix *cough* replace Stitch first! LOL

I think MGM needs a family ride not a huge eride attraction, there are already too many attractions there that have height restrictions. They need some family pleaing attractions first and a new parade as their parade SUCKS ass.

Au contraire---I thought we'd not enjoy the parade that much, but we thought it was pretty cool. Certainly better than MK's "Let's sell snowglobes" parade and DL's "dress the guests in tutus" parade.

(Well, I guess that last one is in Yesterland now, but still....)

Granted, it's not MSEP, but what is?

Share a Dream Come True is a fun parade...I like working PAC for it (Parade Audience Control) which is pretty much us playing with the crowd before the parade and making sure people dont run into the parade path during the parade. Yes, the parade is getting old.

I work PAC today!!! with THOUSANDS of people in red shirts *avoids the topic in fear of it getting out of hand* it should be fun!

The best parade in the afternoon at WDW is Mickeys Jammin in the Jungle Parade at DAK...its pretty amazing.

Spectro is still a good night parade (my roomate is getting trained to become a spectroman and all that stuff LOL those things are creepy)

Well hopefully we'll get a confirmation on when the Indiana Jones Adventure style ride from Disneyland,CA or Tokyo DisneySea finally debuts at Walt Disney Studios/MGM.
I'm sure I can speak for the masses here......HUH?

This is an unannounced, unconfirmed, RUMOR. If and when it is greenlighted (if there's any truth to it...don't believe what you read on the net) I have a feeling that Disney might just announce when it will debut. I don't think you have to worry.

There...feel better?

Actually, Jeff, didn't you get the Memo? This isn't a Rumor anylonger. They're moving Steel Dragon 2000 to Disneyworld and they're enclosing it, re-theming it to Indy Jones.

The press release just came out 2 days ago, I thought I sent you a copy. Walt's gonna be so unhappy with me for forgetting to send you one. I know Paul Ruben will be there. Will You?

There...isn't it fun to type something so you can listen to yourself talk? ;)

Yes. Yes it is...you learn well, my young Padawan.

:)

Dude, Japan sold a roller coaster to the US? That's supposed to be the other way around!

Was SD2K sinking?

Since when is there an Indy Stunt Show at MGM Orlando? I thought it was that stupid show with the semi tanker or w/e I saw 2 years ago, thats like fitted in with the backlot tour.

Kyle Says: Diamondback was a lot of fun! Made his first time at Kings Island worth it all!

Um... The Indy Stunt Show opened with the park in 1989-ish. What you saw was Catastrophe Canyon that's "like fitted in" with the Backlot Tour.

The Indy Stunt Show is on the left, just past the lake in the middle of the park.

Well finally all we can do is make predictions right? So what are your predictions on the Indy Adventure Style Ride from DL coming to WDW/MGM Studios??
You know, we just might have been discussing that in the previous posts...you might want to read them!!

I think if we give it a nice, hard smack it'll stop repeating itself.

Anyone think that there'll be a Tokyo style Indy ride at WDW?

Oh, and is the Indy stunt show closing?

What's the ice machine?

Is Dinosaur! the same ride?

Are we stuck in a time warp? ;)
