If you were able to run your home park, and you had complete control, what would you add or change?

I think the most important thing here is that MIA is a tourist park. I'm willing to bet that half their business is from tourists (aka FIPs.) As in, people who no longer exist in Michigan during Halloween.

I won't speculate on the percentage of customers who are tourists, but it is significant.

Unlike Cedar Point or Knott's or Carowinds or Kings Island etc, Michigan's Adventure isn't a destination park. There aren't a lot of people for whom MiA is what their vacation revolves around. There are a lot of people who spend a week in their cottage looking over Lake Michigan or relaxing at the Double JJ Resort who add a day trip to MiA or Little River Casino or Dutch Village.

My plan is to start a GoFundMe account to raise the funds to buy TR's now SBNO Michigan's Adventure. Then I will get some people to help me move it to my home.

...9. New coaster. Probably a B&M hyper. Doesn't have to be over 200 feet, But, should have some decent air time hills. Something similar to Goliath at La Ronde. But, a new coaster is really not needed yet.

That last sentence about made my head explode.

But then again, what do I know?

If I owned Michigan's Adventure, I would build enough new coasters so it beats Magic Mountain for the most coaster record, then I would lower the parking price and admission price by half! :p

If I owned Michigan's Adventure, I would build 39 coasters and pay customers to park, pay customers to enter the park and pay customers to eat and drink. I'd have tons of customers! :-p

Never mind adding anything new. I'd put V-R goggles on all my existing rides (Even the Ferris Wheel and bumper cars), and not let Timber-Rider through the front gates.

I'd just invest in a VR headset for TR that has a bunch of extra rides showing so the park seems really great to him.

My home park is SFA,and the primary things I would do is:

1-Upgrade the entire park's infrastructure-electrical and water lines mostly. For years I've heard that has been a troublesome factor....

2-Fix Batwing so it can run both trains!

3-Get those newfangled trains for Mind Eraser and change the name to Thunderbird;I'd also get some handcarved totem poles to improve the themeing.

4-Reprofile S:ROS;if they could do it to Steel Phantom they could do it to S:ROS!The layout I have in mind is like the Goliath ride at the SF Holland park, but with SFA's version being with a 215-foot 75 degree drop.

They didn't really reprofile Steel Phantom. They basically tore it down and replaced it. And it was originally a horrible, horrible head banger (with a lot of sentimental support), not the 38th-ish best coaster in the world. I'm not saying you can't dream. I am saying that seems really unrealistic.

What Andy said. I rode Steel Phantom. Ouch. Phantom's Revenge is a considerable improvement.
