Yeah, I think they built it too close to Lake Erie, so the foundations are sinking in the sand...

If this is true, it could be fairly serious. What if they have to do massive work on the footers on the coaster? That would be a real shame. I prefer Ice to Fire, so not having that half of the Dueling Dragons experience for an indefinite amount of time is a real bummer.

That's serious.

With only Fire running, the lines for DG will increase. The best part about DG is that the lines are always short (10 min front seat, walkon everywhere else) because the coaster is in the back of the park. Rerides make going on DG fun. I can't imagine waiting 20-30 minutes for 1 ride, yeah, I'm spoiled, what can I say.

This is why Universal needs to build a GIGA coaster at IOA next. Give us another thrill ride to spread out the crowds.

After you've taken your 1st lap around the park and gone on everything (water rides), most people hit DG, Hulk and Doom Drop. That's 3 rides after your 1st lap, they need another. Let's hope they get Ice fixed soon. If all of DG goes down, that leaves Hulk and Doom Drop as the main thrill rides, that's not enough. They need to build something new for us, sigh....

I must have hit it on a bad day. To ride this twice (once Fire and once Ice) took well over an hour and a half, and that was not for a front or back seat while Incredible Hulk was no more than a 2 train wait for the back seat. I never saw a coaster crew take so long to load. Sorry, I know that is off topic...

Yes, it is true. The lines are no longer moving as fast as they used to. Even with the same 3 train(6 train) operation. It USED to be that on any given day of the week, it would be a walk on, but now, even on a thursday, the line can stretch as far as out of the castle. That's over and hour each. I'm not sure why, but it may have to do with the new Fastpass system, or as I like to call it, [Insert negative nickname of FastPass System Here ;)]. No ice dragon is really going to make the situation worse.
