Yeah i will answer your qeustion right now, isnt the Steel Looping coaster Intamin. No its TOGO. Look at the track not intriquete Intamin style going on their. Besides intamins have corkscrews barel rolls, and Cobra rolls besides just loops. So this year maybe if mr Sawyer took a ride on Cyclone or Tornado, he might find it in his heart to put intamin track in maybe another RCT, or a new version completelty redesigned RCT. *** This post was edited by Flds on 2/18/2001. ***

I believe the regular Steel coaster is Schwarzkopf, but I'm not positive. The corkscrew is Arrow/Vekoma, and the Twister is B&M. The regular standup uses TOGO trains, I think.

It would be AWESOME, plain awesome if he made Intamin box track. But I just don't think Chris Sawyer is concerned with it. Oh well. I still love RCT and play it way too much for my own good. ;)

There is no /vekoma. That is an Arrow coaster. It uses Arrows older coaster cars.

Well vekoma SLC type things but that it. And yeah Intamin track would be cool but I'm fine with the game as it is.

I know the corkscrew track is Arrow, but Boomerang is made by Vekoma so, you can kinda call it Arrow/ Vekoma. Kinda.

the thing id want for RCT ...

(maybe RCT II) would be a 3d game, because that would enable soooo many things such as
every angle viewpoint, abilty to ride coasters etc.

plus intamin hyper track would be *!@#$ sweet.

Steel Corkscrew Coasters were intended to be Arrow, but it also works for Vekoma because the are so similar. I read in an interview with Chris Sawyer that he was indeed trying to make B&M coasters from the Steel Twister. That is why you can choose the four different types of train all of which B&M makes.

Thats sorta how I figured it out. Plus, what other company uses a box spine like that?

Giovanola, but they don't use 4 accross trains so it doesn't matter.

Intamin style track could be a whole new coaster. "The Millenium Force Coaster Track".

A RCT SEQUEL is rumored to be in production & you can be sure it'll have EVERYTHING inc. Int. track.

There was an inverview with Chris about a year ago and the last question jokingly was will there be RCT2. Chris replied probably but not for a while because he would rather do something else for a while so he does not get bored with coasters.

So there you have it! Do expect it for a years yet then.

Chris Sawyer definately did NOT do Ski Resort Tycoon... they just slapped the name "tycoon" on top of the Ski Resort to help it sell. It's a budget title.

If what you say is true... then Chris Sawyer created Fast Food Tycoon & Airport Tycoon... both of those are budget titles, and both of those are NOT developed nor have any relations to Chris Sawyer what-so-ever.

They just have a slightly similar look & the word "tycoon", but other than that... there is absolutely no relation to RCT (different devlopers, designers...etc)!!!
