Rough is the last thing I would call that ride. This Spring it was smooth, smooth to the point that it didn't need to be that smooth. Smooth, slow, and boring. I have had people tell me it was incredibly unbearable the better part of its' infancy, but I can't see it, not that I don't believe the reports, they're there, I just have this picture of MS as a ride that takes place too far up, it's nothing but around and around, and if that's all that's happening, what's wrong with me ending up against a seat divider or something? Wood needs to bang me around a little. I know, it probally has its' days when it's really mean, but this one guy at CP says he doesn't ride it because the trains are wobbly and it rolls rough(?), I want to know what rolls better, that describes wood almost period, IMO! Mantis does hurt, I'm glad I'm a guy and can lean out of that kind of ride.
Hold on? I can't stand holding on to anything, it bangs me around harder(when the banging's hard), makes you take the vibrations more. Sections of rides that are rough, like the Hurricanes' helices, are smooth as can be if you just kind of sit with your hands in your lap, just look out for turns!
