I can't change my Sig or Photo

I can't change my sig or photo. I first tried changing my sig to something else and then going to browse to find a photo from my vacation. Then I hit submit, and page can be displayed came up. So I hit refresh. Same photo and sig are still there. I tried turning off all my norton and well everything...I restarted my browser too, it's not helping.

That's an issue with your connection. "Page cannot be displayed" is rarely, if ever, a problem at the server.
