How is time twister?

Well , Ive been to several stores in my area and no one seems to have it yet. Does anyone have the game yet? if so how is it?
I found TT at Best Buys today. They had plenty of them in stock. My local Wal-Mart had a space for them on the shelf, but no copies. Haven't had a lot of time to play it yet.
when was the game released because i have seen different release dates from different sites

Intamin is the tallest and fastest year after year after year.

Looks like I'll have to pay a visit to Best buy either tomorrow or sunday to see if I can snag a copy myself.

They didn't have WW in stock when I tried looking for it a couple of weeks ago but they did say they'll stock TT in stores when it came out,the only thing now is I gotta clear some space on my hard drive in order to run it should I get lucky enough to fina a copy of it at best buy.

I seen some copies at wal-mart but i might not get it becase all my friends don't seem intersested so i might stick with original or i might get the expansion but if any of u ever know if its any good let me know!

We got ours at Electronics Boutique. I haven't played it yet, but it looks interesting.
Yeah, I've been to Wal-mart, K-mart, Target, and EB since it came out, and none of them even had a space for it. All of these places had RCT2 and WW though. I think I'm just going to have to order it online. Maybe I'll try Best Buy first though.

Hmm...Maybe retailers have paid more attention to player feedback than Atari and aren't ordering as many copies? If so, maybe this will give Atari the little kick in the pants they need so badly.

Uniontown Wal-Mart had copies the other day, but I didn't bother picking it up.

I just picked it up today at Bestbuy, all I did was use my twenty dollar gift card & .89 for tax & it's in my hot little hands now.

I havn't gotten a chance to install it yet(I've got other stuff to do now) but I'll probably install it later tonight & fire it up,I first gotta clear enough hard drive space to run it because it requires a good 150 mb free space & at this point my drive is nearly full.

Buy another hard drive...

I have it, and it will collect dust with plenty of my other games that I have but don't play anymore. I took a look and some look good, some refurbished items.

Yeah, hard drives keep dropping. I just scored a new 120GB drive for $79.

IDE hard drives are out, Thats why. They will be getting cheaper and cheaper. SATA is in now. A 120 GB runs about $100 now.

True, BigD. But even still, you can get a 200GB SATA drive for under $200

Time Twister is diffnately worth the $15-20 for it. Atari did try alot more this time around. The scenery and scenarios are good. There's even a launch hot rod ride (not exactly a rocket coaster but for everyone who wants a more realistic TTD it's here) So overall so far I'm impressed
There Are also some stupid rides like a rat themed bobsled and mace themed space rings. The rides that looked like Dumbo at Disney are just re themed snow cups. The double deck carousel looks good as does a pegusus themed mini cars. The alien scenery looks good too.

Is there really an "UZI-themed ride" as I have seen somewhere? That would be utterly disgusting and stupid.

i was a teenage rollercoaster designer

No, its a Tommy Gun ride. It's based for the 20's style Art Deco Theming off of the snow cups ride. There is a big Tommy Gun or a gangster in the middle and the cars around it.

The mace ride is actually pretty good & would seem like an intense experience if built in reality, now the time machine ride however is just plain stupid looking.

Don't get confused by what looks like pterodactyle themed trains on the inverted,it's actually a new theme for the flying coaster.I found this out the hard way while trying to build a dueling inverted coaster for a medeival themed park that I just started working on.
