Home Made Slingshot

Isn't that Diggerland in the UK?
LOL, someone in the comments agreed with you. This is at a real park?
Check this out. I thought it was a joke but it's not.
^Cool find!

It's like: Home Depot hands-on seminars on steroids!

I learned about it a few months ago but it seems a lot of people have known about it for ages. I'm usually behind the curve when it comes to that sort of thing ;)
That makes we want to go out and rent a BOBCAT front-end loader and dig a bigger pond in my backyard. Seriously.
I'm slow on the curve too.

Dude! That is EVERY kid's dream! That might be a nice addition to CP or another park looking for a cheap ride.

Coaster Junkie from NH
I drive in & out of Boston, so I ride coasters to relax!

I wonder if she didn't hit the ground toward the end. It's extremely dangerous and after some moves it becomes impredictable. It could work, and be a nice idea, if using much higher suspension poles as well as a third pole to pull horizontally. And if a bungee fails it won't be nice...

Another very stupid and dangerous idea because usual industrial robots don't meet safety requirements to carry persons:

It may look funny but indeed it's extremely dangerous, only specially designed robots like KUKA's Robocoaster (http://www.robocoaster.com) can be used as ride.
