Holiday World is Overrated

That's what makes Stark Raven Mad so perfect... it's just the right amount of time to ride the coasters a lot and hang with peeps you probably don't see otherwise more than once or twice a year. I probably wouldn't go to HW unless it was for an event like that.

What time does the water show start?

I agree with you Jeff. Stark Raven Mad is the perfect coaster event and no other park could pull it off IMO. But I also probably would not make the 6 hour drive because there is not enough to fill a whole day.

That said, I love the feeling when I'm at Holiday World, and as my girlfriend kept saying at SRM (our 1st) this year, "And free pop too!"

You can also check the box for Legend over Raven next to my name. Legend's length wins out in the end.

My only disappointment was not with the main park, but with the waterpark. It was way too crowded, and the lockers were way too small for the price they were charging. But, the crowded waterpark did have one advantage--short lines for the coasters in the afternoon.

HW is one park i cant wait to visit!!!!!!!, and is the the only one that comes to mind where other than thos poster i havent heard any negative comments about.
Since SRM was mentioned does anyone here belive the event has become too popular for its onw good??
