Holiday World and Splashin' Safari today announced three new attractions for 2007. The first is a 73-foot slide with a bowl feature at the end. A turkey-themed Tilt-a-Whirl will be added to the Thanksgiving section. Plymouth Rock Cafe will serve food from the Thanksgiving holiday.

SFDL_Dude, I think there's one in Denver at Water World.
^That is correct, (Hyland Hills) Water World has an open Behemoth Bowl like the one Holiday World is getting. There is one at Golfland Sunsplash in California too.

Wet-n-Wild in Orlando and Noah's Ark both have enclosed Behemoth bowls. They are similar except that they are dark inside. Both have lighting and sound effects.

All four use the same four-person rafts like those used on Tornado.

They are a lot of fun, and from what I understand a pretty significant investment. I'm impressed that Holiday World is adding capital just one year after building The Voyage.

I think it is good that HW is adding the items mentioned, but dont think it deserves the amouint of attention it is getting for this. I guess if they added additional bathrooms that would also be highlighted!!
HW, like most parks, isn't going to add a signature attraction or major addition every year. It's still nice that they are putting something new into both the waterpark and the ride park.

The big questions remain: When will the next coaster be added and what will it be like and when does the next holiday (Easter?, New Years?, Valentine's Day?) get added?
