I'm most excited about (what I presume will be) an extension of the Plymouth Rock Café to make it an indoor seating Air Conditioned restaurant. :)

Ok, so is the yet-to-be-named ride in Christmas section the Holiday World version of Dumbo?
PS: I can't believe Pat told us her age. Funny, though. She doesn't look a day over 30.
While I will not be enjoying these additions myself, I think they're much needed.
The Christmas kiddie area looks pretty dated. This should be a great addition up there. And air conditioning for Plymouth Rock Cafe? Yes please!
I don't think I'll ever need any more reason to make the 10 hour trek than what they already have.

ALL HAIL THE TRIPLE DOWN!
I heard the word "parking"...
I hope that means NO MORE DEAD-END ROWS IN THE RAVEN LOT! :)
(taking down that silly fence across from the tunnel would be nice, too!)
i have to say, though, turning Plymouth Rock into a proper restaurant is going to be great. As big as that structure is, I was really surprised that it didn't have inside seating from the beginning.

I seem to recall hearing they initially intended inside seating for Plymouth Rock, glad to see that is going to become a reality.
I'd also agree with the comment in the video about more restrooms, while the ones they have are clean, some of them just aren't big enough.
Replacing an admittedly vintage kiddie ride with a custom themed family ride seems like it would be a big win. Not that I like to see old stuff go, but I wonder if Rudolph's Ranch will slowly go from generic kiddie rides to all Christmas themed rides for the area. I just hope they don't touch that seahorse ride as I don't think I've seen another one like it. I'm somewhat surprised they don't have the kiddie ride where kids sit in christmas ornaments and go around the christmas tree that seems to be a staple of christmas/santa parks.
Holiday World really seems to get it with the kids areas - in Splashin Safari they have Crocodile near the front of the water park, and Kima Bay in the back, now Safari Sam's 8 waterslides in the middle. Don't forget Monsoon Lagoon as well. That's just what we were saying about mixing up the adult rides and kiddie rides in the main park so that families can go through the park having fun togehter.
They sort of do that in the main park with Rudolph's Ranch up front, Holidog's Funtown in the back, and salmon run and the indian canoes in the center.
I agree that taking it on themselves to restore the Santa statue is a great thing. We may never know how many things or programs Will and his family touched for the benefit of the community. (Santa statue, the museum, getting the Lincoln outdoor drama back up in operation). I wonder, when they said they were talking about moving it, if they meant to the park, or to a more visible location in the community. They just built that big new entrance road back to the Legend lot. Imagine putting the statue next to the driveway.
