Exactly! I am not the optimum writer, but whenever I encounter a post with hieroglyphics that I have to decipher, I just skip it and move on.

Here at an academy, you learn how to write well written essays, papers, speeches, etc. that are convincing. Getting to convince you is the reason why its long. I have alot of points and things to touch upon, so its long. I may have also forgotten a thing or two and simply threw them in at the end. But again I must say, Im not sitting here writing this like a paper, editing, re-reading several times, etc. I just let if flow and post. You really are an arrogant a**hole.

The bottom line is that the rules of this forum are to use proper grammar to the best of your ability and that chat shorthand is not acceptable.

If this is a problem, perhaps you need to find another coaster community.

Hey, I think that it is perfectly fine to communicate poorly. It just reflects poorly on you; that's all.

I don't think anyone is being ridiculed for spelling. I think that folks are pointing out that if you really care what other folks here think of you (and by posting here I assume that you do), you'll take the time to communicate well.
