Sounds like an awesome time. I wish I lived closer to the park so I could go.

Nickelback, n. - defined as what bill would want if he were forced to pay THAT much to listen to today's "thrash metal"...as in, I want my nickelback!  I'll take jeremy's suggestion on  Green Day, but have NEVER heard of Green Jelly, and can't take the whole boy band thing from Menudo forward...but I'd still take all night at any park with great woodies, even if I did have to bring earplugs...give me rock, jazz, "alternative", or millrace's banjo (folk, I assume), but please spare me country music.  Our office has two secretaries who love that stuff...the ONLY Brooks and Dunn I care for are on The Bucs!

Well see, if country songs would go back to the days of "whiskey drinkin' and butt kickin'", I might not hate it so much. But now most of it (Faith Hill, Dixie Chicks, Garth Brooks) just sounds like "twangy" R&B...and I just dont like the "twang".

BTW: If you want to hear Green Jelly, goto www.launch.com and click the music video link. Then navigate "by artist' till you find Green Jelly and listen to their song Little Pig, Little Pig. It's good for a chuckle, but is by no means "BreakOut".

Besides, if we were really shutting down people we disagreed with, would Jeremy (2Hostyl) still be around? :) I think not. - Jeff 1/24/02
