How cool is this? Even a high school social reject like myself could've had a good time at something like this!

Hey Jeff, lets play the reverse roll on fake I.D.'s, and get some that say we are 17 years old. Riding coasters at 4:00 in the morning sounds pretty sweet.

"The Peoples Elbow" or "The Spinaroonie?. Cant decide which is the most electrifying move in sports entertainment!!! LOL
While the idea sounds cool, especially being at one of the most fantastic parks around (and the "Sweetest Place on Earth" (TM)) I dont think that I could handle the inevitable side effect:
Boy Band Music @ 5AM!

I might have to push somebody in front of a train...

I thought the kids were listening to Limp Kornsmack these days. My bad. ;) One would have to just stay clear of the dance party and concentrate on that all-you-can-eat breakfast.

So do they have a Troika? That would be a perfect place to setup that breakfast. ;)

Well I don't necessarily condone it either, but if something was too happen, that would one less thing to hurt my ears. If this is for just juniors and senoirs, do you think that they would play any heavy music like Metallica, Adema, Linkin Park, etc.? It wouldn't really have to be a "family atmosphere" like during normal operating hours, since there would be 16-19 year olds there. (from my sig you might be able to deduct that I like metal :))

I've never been there before so I don't know how the park operates concerning these details though. I doubt I would be able to make it since I'm over here in Indiana and I'd still be in school then...

Sept. 11th 2001, Slayer released God Hates Us All. The song "Disciple" uncannily describes the events of that day, as well as the anthrax letters that followed.

...hopefully they'd have the sense to hand out earplugs at the gate!  Does kinda fit in though, syrupy high-school boy band music at The Sweetest Place...jeremy, you know violence is never the answer - but I too would at least appreciate their being "silenced"...

Jeff, I thought Limp Kornsmack was what you got from leaving your breakfast cereal in the bowl of milk too long!

The real bummer about FL parks being open year-round is they close SO early in the Winter, usually around 6pm...we love the NIGHT rides, and this would provide more than ample opportunity!

Im going to present this to my grade advisor, but i dout he  would acutaly think about taking the juinors and seniors becuase my school was banded from like 5 amusment parks including, bush gardens williaamsburge,Disney and Great adventure once.
Maybe it'll be like Disney Grad Nite with different types music in different parts of the park.
Hersheypark doesn't have a Troika, but the Chance Chaos would probably do just fine for revisting breakfast:) (that is if it's open)
Could you imagine though, badboy, what if they put all "Bluegrass" music in Midway America with Lightning Racer, Boy Bands near Great Bear, techno by Comet, and all the good stuff like Linkin Park, R. Kelly, and Ludacris was only by Sidewinder (the boomerang).

I dont think I could give a better description of my own personal hell...

This event looks like fun I wish I was there. I remember when Valleyfair use to hold all nighters for schools and such dont know why there not doing it now.

Let's see.  If I can get my girls to get 8 more friends to go, I can get in free.  Anyone know what kind of band Green Eggs is?

Jeremy:  You like N'Sync?  Shame on you!

What's wrong with N'Sync? Besides the fact that Lance Bass and Joey Fat One cant sing; besides the fact that Chris is darn near 30; besides Justin REALY believing he is black (a white boy with an afro and cornrows?!?!?)...seriously though, I like several of their songs. They are light and catchy. Plus they are really GREAT dancers. Kinda like a Vanilla Jackson 5ive :)

I'd only go if Godsmack and Staind were there, no other bands would be needed.

Another reason this place is the best!

Just when you think you have all the answers, I change the questions

Sounds like fun. Too bad I can't go. Hey Jeff, I don't know about "Limp Kornsmack," but I'm almost 15 and I love Led Zeppelin!
Nope, no more Limp Kornsmack for the teenies. That was last month. I don't think it's cool to slap women around and wear red baseball caps backwards anymore. Nowadays it's music where the vocalists feel sorry for themselves and whine about it. Creed, Staind, (dying out) Nickelback etc. But don't trust me, that list is already a week old ;) If they would only listen to Ozzy, Sabbath, Black Label Society, or Van Halen. And if they want aggresive music why not Slayer? I swear, if they heard any of those bands they'd renounce their "nu-metal" cd collections...

Either way, I wouldn't mind the music. Riding coasters at 4am would make it all worthwhile.

Dad's rock is perhaps worse than Limp Kornsmack.
