^^ If you're shorter, head banging can be eliminated on the B&Ms by placing your head against one of the restraints and holding it there. With the Intamin horse collars, that's not possible.
As long as you keep your head back against the headrest you can avoid headbanging. I am thinking that it would be better if Intamin removed the horse collars, and marketed them as their new lapbars as they are. With the seat design, and the way those restraints close around your waist that is plenty enough to keep you safe on any of their rides. Then Cedar point can modify MF, and TTD with those so everyone can ride.
