Because we all know what the ********** part needs changed to. Even if I manually type that whole link with the *'s replaced by the correct domain, the thread doesn't exist.
Actually, there are at least two sites where the main part is *******ed out - T.P.R. and "Swill Network." Try this: http://swillnetwork.com/boards/showpost.php?p=734811&postcount=147 and replace swill with thrill.

Some tech-savvy coaster geek is playing one big joke on y'all.
But according to what BigJim posted, he's (or she's) tech savvy enough to send messages to people's personal e-mail accounts through this website.
RGB, pondering what that means.

Seriously...would a park go to these lengths? I'm not playing along because I don't believe for one moment it's legit. Some tech-savvy coaster geek is playing one big joke on y'all.
And people got on my case when I suggested that!
I got an e-mail back from martin@nantimi.com. all it says is "are you?" But before I respond to it, did anyone else get an e-mail responce from Martin? Because, if not, then I know it's is a personal e-mail from the guy behind Nantimi and not part of the game.
I have a question: what would happen if someone sent a myspace invite to one of the e-mail addresses that automatically replys? Where would that replying e-mail go?

I think whoever is behind it is playing a big 'ol hoax on everyone.
Maybe? Who knows? I'm more interested in who is behind it because, quite frankly, the 'game' is silly and unamusing to me. So far here's the facts:
1. If you do a whois on the nantimi domain you'll see that the domain (nantimi.com) was registered just last month - August 14th to be exact.
The contact is listed as a PO Box in Annville, PA. No biggie, as the person registering the domain can fill in pretty much anything for that info.
More interestingly, the technical contacts listed are all a gentleman at itickets.com.
2. The autoresponses from the email addresses on the nantimi site are sent from a Hersheypark IP through the itickets.com mail server.
3. A trace route on the domain (nantimi.com) reveals it is hosted on the itickets.com server.
But what about this deklan media thing? Well...
4. A trace route on the domain (deklanmedia.com) shows that it is also hosted on the itickets.com server.
5. The phone number listed for the dude behind the Deklan Media site (and the number at the bottom of the iiiiiiiii page) is a Harrisburg area code.
So eveything seems to lead back to itickets.com:
6. A whois on itickets.com reveals addresses in both Lancanster and Lebanon Pennsylvania.
So now we have a pretty decent trend. All of the correspondence and information is coming from the same general area - right around Hershey, PA.
I'd also like to point out that there are people sharing info and pushing the 'game' along in this very thread that are posting from that same general area as well.
That's all I got. :)
I have to say, the images and stuff they've put up are intriguing. :)
So even though Hersheypark owns the IP address the autoresponses are coming from, their IT geek could be doing everything behind their back, right?
True.
And I don't know enough about being tricky, but I suspect that someone with a little knowledge could spoof that IP if they wanted. (meaning it's not really coming from there at all)
However, with all the transparency elsewhere, I don't necessarily believe that's what is happening.
LG, we also know that HP put out on the HP Web site a teaser of something new with the "10.02.07 TRUTH REVEALED" language. This to me is an indication if not evidence that HERCO is in on the 'game.' Isn't "truth revealed" a bizarre new ride teaser, otherwise? HP's current teaser language doesn't advance the "truth revealed" concept at all. It doesn't have to, bucause the "game" has, IMO.

How would a hoaxter know that ahead of time? Certainly, HP wouldn't change their plans because of some hoax website.
As far as the iTickets connection, one of HP's biggest events annually is Christian music day. So someone knowledgeable in that field could have a connection to the park.
If I were a park, and I saw that there were scads of different threads on every major coaster message board centering around my park that were essentially created by some really elaborate prank which was also using my easily traceable IP addresses and sending mail from offical HP domains, I would do something about it. At least say something, like "Hey this isn't legit" or something to that effect. I mean we're calling the phone numbers we're finding, for one thing. If people were doing this because of some prankster in the name of Cedar Point or something I think someone would want to put an end to it.

Did any one else get a message from martin@nantimi.com???[/quote]I got one from Donan@nantimi.com but not martin. What did Martin say?
Haha no I'm not giving Patrick the finger

I noticed over at Toilet Paper Rollers that several posters there got the same message. Seems that the most active posters for this thread at least 2 coaster sites got the e-mail. So say they send 25 different people a piece of the puzzle-- then what? Do you have to get all 25 together to solve it? How does anyone know who the other 24 are?
Lee, maybe "are you" means "R" "U" and are letters instead of words.
