Hercules Deconstruction?

BTW...Now that OE is done for (without a ride from me!) I really think they should move the entrance. Since the current one is out of the way and isn't much to look at anyways.

Well you need to remember that the entrance doesn't just serve lots A - D. You also have lots E - K that are way back in the back and the entrance is about halfway in between the two areas. Moving the entrance closer to lot A (near parking toll area) would make the walk even longer from way back in K (which is right near the train turnaround if you are thinking about how the park is set up).
*Hercules Update*

The once record-breaking 157ft drop is now a 20 foot pile of rubble. Here is some pics taken today.

FYI - Orient Express is almost completely down now. The final loop fell on Sunday. There are just a few pieces left of the brake run, and then what is left in the "tunnel" and station.

Is Herky completely down now as well?

As of last Friday, all that was left of Hercules was the turn over the lake and the far turnaround over the log flume. I'm not sure if they are still up or not, but I'm sure these two parts were going to be a little trickier to take down, because one is over water, and the other is over and right next to other attractions.
And we thought Hercules was a rough coaster before. Looking at the most recent pics, that first drop looks like it would be pure Hell now.
