It looks pretty cool. I kind of got caught in a loop trying to follow its path. Tallest coaster in the world. Man its going to be big.

I don't think I would like it. It is mostly turns and bearly any drops.
Look at the airtime return.  Awesome!
Tallest coaster in the world?-where did that come from? I heard its a B&M but nothing about tallest in world....anyone know any links??

Its another one for Europe if it is the case, along with the B&M inverted launch ride for 2003 at Thorpe........

Dosen't really impress me, The drop looks neat but its just some twists and turn and some drops...

Isn't this basically what *all* coasters amount to?  Seems kinda silly to discredit this ride because it consists of all turns and drops.  What would you like to see....long sections of straight track?

Heide Park is going nuts! First, Europes tallest woodie, now the worlds tallest all together.

I do want to go to this park. If its 359 ft, which I doubt, I don't think it will be B&M. Remember they turned down Cedar Point for a 300ft coaster. Also, if it was B&M, they better get some new supports

I'm starting to wonder if Gigas are really that good of an idea. With all the speed they produce, you need those long banked turns to keep it under control, and they requires that you have a TON of space to have any sort of interesting layout.

Don't get me wrong, I love MF, but it def. didn't live up to my expectations. I really really want to ride SD2K, as I love the Morgan Hypers, and I guess it's layout is similar.

Anyway, the point is that I hope if companies continue to build Gigas, that they figure out a way to have a more twisting/airtime type of layout (like Raging Bull), rather than just huge sweeping turns. Also - what about a giga looper ?!?!?

(btw, if Gigas ever do get more interesting layouts, I bet it will be B&M that does it).

Current favorite coasters:
Wooden: 1) Beast 2) Raven 3) Son of Beast 4) The Boss 5) Timber Wolf
Steel: 1) Raging Bull 2) Millennium Force 3) V2 4) Wild Thing 5) Mr. Freeze

hey
How can you say this coaster looks boring?
its almost twice as long as MF. this Coaster IS an Intamin. Many people have known about this for a long time but this layout is awesome.
6 Air Hills (includign Drop) compared to MF's 4, Several over banks and the turns included on Superman: ROS.
Im not being biast but i think this coaster could indeed be better than both MF and SD2K without too much problem.
Not just on stats alone 350ft is the height that most people have known for a while and about 8800ft in length.
Just off the topic a 4th Intamin mega coaster for that area is being added at Six Flags Holland but it will be dwarfed by this thing.

Note: im not tryna get at MF its a great coaster on its own but what else am i gonna comapre it to lol.

roomraider...

Are you saying it's 250' or 350'?

I hope 250' was a typo.  :)

"No listenin', you hear me?"

It looks like a combo of a Millennium Force and Expedition Ge-Force Drop...Looks awesome!
Look at those bunny hops!:)

Ricochet: Bouncing to you in 2002, Only at King's Dominion!
As said before, its an Intamin, I agree, look at the hill, if you look closley, see the track, also, it does have some airtime, but look at all of the turns at low levals, Looks to focus on the speed more than the air, kinda like MF, and S:ROS(not SFNE's)

Iron Wolf: Can you stand it?

Ok, fact: Heide Park is getting an Intamin Giga Coaster for 2003. It will be roughly 345 feet in height, and has a design speed of 95 mph.

No I don't have proof, but Screamscape, First Drop, and others have been telling the community about this for months.

If it's 345 ft. it will go faster than 95. At least by 1 0r 2 mph.

It's definitely an Intamin Giga, and my first reactions were that it doesn't look all that dissimilar to MF, meaning it will definitely be a winner.
