Space Mountain at MK is a good indication that arm length clearance is not necessary. Its extremely easy (if you're on the taller side of average) to reach up and touch the roof of the tunnels. I tend to keep my arms down throughout that ride personally though.
Grizzly at KD has always been a favorite as far as head choppers go. The drop and airtime hill into the tunnel is great.
