When I went on Wild One in the rain on July 28th I was sitting in 4-2 on the left side and that was almost to the point where it was unbearable (but not quite ;) ). I think it NEEDED the trim there. :/

Arrow, even the straight parts of our coasters hurt.

SFI just reported a major loss for the 2nd quarter & they've stated that, for the most part there's no chance of them being able to meet their attendance goals for the season so it looks like 04 might be a soft year as far as new rides are concerned.
I wouldn't be too suprised if even the big 4 are effected by this next year.

As for the "discussion" between CP and SFMM, I am happy that they are building coasters. Sure there is a competition between them, but I am not complaining. CP, SFWoA and PKI compete also. MF and SOB attracted many people. SFWoA added four that same year. In Ohio, SFWoA will always be "RC Cola".
I have one question though. Why is it stupid for CP and SFMM to add coasters? They are choosing to add coasters for a new ride each year. PKI added Delirium, Tomb Raider, and Scooby Doo. Many parks add a new ride or two every year. I see nothing wrong with that. CP calls itself the "Roller Coast". They have almost 70 rides and 1/5 of them are roller coasters. By saying that, they want to be known as the park with many roller coasters. CP and SFMM have 16 coasters each. When they add 17th or more, I will visit them.
And with three of their additions beign Vekoma i can't even say that all of the coaster additions were benefitial to the park ;)
From my knowledge the parent company SFI kind of treats each park the same as far as operation guidelines go. I think that it's up to each parks management (or lack therein) to deal with the crazy operating proceedures placed on each induvidual park by SFI. It's easy to say that WOA is floundering because they cannot deal with the odd demands by SFI, but other parks are doing ok. So while one must say that SFI doesn't create an atmosphere for the parks in which to thrive, it is ultimately the parks management's issue if they are unable to overcome that and be profitable.
