Has Arrow sold anything for 02 or 03?

Any inside industry info.
All I want to know is Y or N
If Yes, how many and what kind of ride.
I'll bet anything that they've got 4Ds ready for 2003. Not inside info, but common sense. They've got a spectacular looking ride and it should really take. It will attract more park owners to give it a ride in 2002 and they will order for 2003.

Spectacular ride. lot's of mechanical problems... as well as a major risk... the couple of parks who have 4D's coming are a little suspect now.. great ride, poor mechanics as of now...

I dont mean to sound rude, but how would you know whether or not 4th Dimension coasters are big risks?  X has only been open for a few days, and has not yet had the chance to take the test of time.  It is possible that all the bugs are have been worked out and 4D's could become a standard.  Only time will tell...

Whaa? All new coasters have to have 'some' bugs worked out, wether it is a new 4d rollercoaster, a woodie, or a hypercoaster.

Buying a coaster that didn't work 'right off the bat isn't a big risk at all....

Spelling and grammer does not need to be corrected if the message gets across!

Not a big risk is right... $20 million dollars in today's ecnomy isn't a big risk.. heck any company would love to lose $20 million dollars...

"X" is new. That is the FIRST 4-D coaster in existance. You can not have it run peferctly the very first time. The 4-D coaster is in the stages of being developed. In time it will be a great ride and Arrow will once again be raking in the dollars.  20 million dollars is a lot of money to spend on a brand new type of coaster, where as CP spent what on Wicked Twister 9 million for a 1000 feet of track? I think this will be Arrow's rebirth, because other parks will see this and do what they did with this whole hypercoaster and ILM swing.

Of course that's just my opinion I could be wrong~Dennis Miller
I predict X will be the next SoB

Jeez folks, give the ride a chance to run for a year first, my goodness. All your predictions really don't mean anything at all until the ride has opened. "Outsider", aren't you the one who said X SuX according to your "father"?  After riding the ride for myself, excuse me if I don't buy another word you say.

Really, give it a chance. There is only one ride that I've given up on to work out the bugs and thats Super Saturator at PC.  Its been 2 years and it still doesn't work!
-----------------
I mean really. A new concept coaster opens and people expect it to run like clockwork. The selfish side of me hopes that it's the only one ever built anyway, giving SFMM the only one in the US. But that wouldn't be good for Arrow, so hopefully other parks will pay a visit to MM and show their interest.

Yes my father did say it "suX" and he still does think that it does.. another note to this as well is that my father is from Ohio.. Do I think this influenced his opinion, of course not! ;)

Arrow probably has sold something for 2002/2003, but it is probably on the "low down."

BR>----------------------------------------------------------- BR>He is right, only time will tell, and yes, SoB was a failure to a point but its a good ride. Anyways, down to what i was going to say. You all need to take a look at a few prototype rides that have been coming out since the 90's. irst, take a look at the ski lift B&M style. That has become one of the widest known inverted of all times. The arrow suspended was popular, but had problems that were not fixable, it went down the tubes. Next take a look at B&M Hyper and the S-SPower Thrust Air. Both of there first prototypes were not the best, but look what has come after them. mean, the Thrust Airs technology is being advanced all the time, making it more and more greater a ride. Then look at the B&M lyer. The first rides of that type, Raging Bull & FONT face=Verdana size=2>Apollo's Chariot , has had some flops. Take a look at all the breaks the rides have on them. They are both  great ride, but it has lead to bigger, faster, taller coasters of its type. And remember this.....because of arrow, all the steal coasters of today are around. f it would not have been for them as well as disney, we would be advancing the wooden coaster even farther than it is now, and SoB would be one of the smoothest looping wooden coasters of today. They would have by now made them flawless./P> BR>P>My point is, you need to sit back and watch what will happen to it. t takes time for rides to become better and better. All it is is trial and error. So think we need to all stop saying that a ride sucks or that it is not even worth your dad riding it. Just sit back.....pull the restraints down, and enjoy the ride.

Apollo's Chariot was B&M's first hyper-coaster to debut, followed by Raging Bull, then Nitro, then Silver Star, so on and so on.

X has won over a lot of enthusiasts, I'd say more than anyone expected. Trust me when I say it has the attention of the right people.

And as always, disregard anything from people who claim to know what's going on, because if they say they know, they have no idea.

Those who know don't talk... those who talk don't know(TM).
