Hades testing now??

*feels better but still confused* Oh, why not just keep it as inversion so we all can rest? ;) *** Edited 5/4/2005 9:30:31 PM UTC by DC2Beltz3***
Good gravy does that ride ever end? It looks so ridiculously HUGE! How long is it? Big drops, tunnels, then it looks like it gets personal with some trees and nature. Does a ride lose more speed with shorter trains...less inertia? Or does the reduced friction from fewer wheels offset that? Just wondering how it is gonna keep up all that speed.

I used to think that a shorter train would be slower too till I saw Avalanche in action. That baby looks like it breaks the laws of physics. After seeing several coasters in motion, you get a feel for how they should look traveling the track. Even after all my rides on Avalanche, that ride still looks "off" to me. That speed just does not look right.

Moosh, Thats why the engineers make the big bucks and I do not :)

I love it about this hobby when I can say, How'd they do that? It tickles me even more when Rideman says it :)

Chuck, who thinks a north/south trip will be on many peoples list for upcomming years.

I agree! I couldn't believe how fast the train on Avalanche zips around the circuit! No one has video of Hades testing yet????
