This guy was caught back in the park on 8/12 taping young girls and was kicked out of the park and banned from the premises last season. The article doesn't say that what he was taping in the park was porn, but they did found it at his home and on his computer.

Hey, what do cows have to do with this discussion (look it up in the dictionary)?:)
Ya know I love ya girl. :-D
As far as this sicko, I am kind of shocked at the penalty for child pornography. He was released on a $2000 bond? Punishable by imprisonment 2-5 years? $1000 to $100,000 fine? That's IT?
I would suggest the death penalty.

My friend did a bad thing, and I think the punishment fits the crime.
Being interested in teens is still taboo, but it's not considered a mental disorder like pedophilia is. Maybe the man in the article's lenient punishment was due to the old age of the kid he was filming. If he would have simply videotaped someone 3 yeas older, he wouldn't be in as much trouble, if any at all.
I was kind of taken back, but cooperated, and put it away. I just wasn't getting it, I had it all day around both parks. So I found a park security officer walking by and asked him what the deal was, and his answer was basically that they had concerns there recently with young girls being filmed in the waterpark. He said the concern was in the waterpark though, and I was ok over in the amusement park side.
It was such a weird experience, but I fully understand. I would go ballistic if I knew some idiot was filming my kids...even in an amusement park! Not that I see a park as a babysitter, (my kids are too littleto be left alone!), but it really angers me that a place where they should be able to have fun, can be dangerous. It really freaked me out for my kids safety and privacy.
I am not defending perverts. I am reminding all of us that the punishment is a life sentence no matter how long the prison term is. There are some things about Megans Law that creeps me out, but whatever it takes to keep kids from being abused should be humanity's top priority.
