Guesses for next 4th Dimension?

If they took out Mind Eraser and the Pepsi Groves, they could add one.

Current Favorite Coasters:
1)Raging Bull 2)Millennium Force 3)Medusa (SFMW) 4)Vertical Velocity (SFGAm) 5)Dueling Dragons (Ice)
The Great Escape COULD get one in theory, but somehow... I don't picture it. Sure, they have no inverted coaster, but if they are getting an inverted coaster, it will be a custom layout themed B&M inverted coaster.

The Fourth Dimension coaster wouldn't fit right in a park like that. Not that I wouldn't want to see it... but I can't picture it fitting in any of the themed areas they have.

If what is said is true about Six Flags having opted for two Arrow 4-D's for the 2002 season, then like I said before... Six Flags Darien Lake would be the primary suspect on the East, and then maybe Kentucky Kingdom? Fiesta Texas? Or how about Six Flags St. Louis?

The Great Escape... Soon to become Six Flags Adirondack Escape!!!
My guess is that GE will turn to six flags great escape and they will need some sort of a ride to WOW people with and an X clone would make those 2 years waiting worth it.

My guess... GE and SFAW.

My Guess would most definentley be Six Flags Darien Lake.  I think that the park will have quite an expansion next year, which will include a fourth dimension coaster and a water park expansion at the least.  Another couple canidates for the coaster would be six flags st louis and six flags fiesta or over texas.  I hope though, that it would be sfdl (hopefully it won't be a clone though and will be a little longer, not that a clone would be a bad thing.)
I really hope that SFGAdv. gets a 4-D.  I just saw the on-ride POV of X at rcdb and it looks amazing, especially the first raven turn.

they're both going in my back yard!

Honestly, its a toss up.  I think that one of the eastern parks will get one, like SFDL or SFOG.  Then they might put one in the central US, like SFSTL, any of the texas SF, or SFEG

Red Wings Suck!!!

I think the next 4-d coaster will go to S:WoA.

Depending on where the next 4-D's go, what kind of names would you like to see for these coasters.  Something better than X I hope.
neXt dimension - SFDL 2002... its not that bad is it?

I think the next 4D could go to one of these parks:

SF: WoA seems like it could wind up with a 4D.  Matter of fact, I think this is one park that stands a good chance of getting one.

SFFT or SFAW would be two parks that could get a 4D.  Though for some reason, I think that SFAW might wind up with a 4D more than SFFT since it's been neglected long enough.

SFMW could also get a 4D but that depends on whether or not the hieght limit was raised from 150ft.  Although it would seem odd to have two 4D's in California, SFMW could get a 4D to gain an edge on PGA.

If not, the next one could wind up at one of the east coast parks.  However, if it is true that Six Flags has 2 more 4D's in the pipe as options (considering X isn't open yet), then it's likely to see a 4D in the mid-west (SF: WoA or SFStL), and a 4D on the east coast (SFDL, or SFGAdv).

Worlds of Adventure will almost likely NOT be getting a fouth dimension for the 2002 season.

I say that and keep saying that because it's true! They were in talks with Chance-Morgan according to Screamscape... not Giovanola like I previously posted. And if I remember correctly, Chance-Morgan creates hyper coasters.

That said, they MAY see one in the future, but not 2002 or 2003. That is an almost given.

Okay, I'll play too.....

• SFoT or SFFT
• SFGrAdv
• WBMW

Wait to see how it performs first. This could be like Oblivion...

Ricochet: Bouncing to you in 2002, Only at King's Dominion!
sfdl is a definiate due to all the water slides + the wave pool have been removed. Not only that but SFDL hasn't got a coaster since 1999. I also think that the Great Escape is a good bet except I think they might get a superman. But Hey who knows!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In Texas...

SFOT will not get one.  They got Titan this year for their birthday.  They'll coast on that for awhile.

SFFT will probably not get one in 2002, the chain spent a lot of money on the park in 1999-2000 and I expect it'll be 2003 before they get a major attraction.  Attendance at SFFT does not justify a lot of capital expenditures so soon. However, Fiesta lacks any sort of inverted ride, so it'd be a good fit (and a good replacement for Joker's Revenge).

SFAW is possible in 2002.  We're getting something in 2002, but we don't know what.  A 4D like X would conceivably fit in the parking lot area next to Texas Cyclone.  I'm thinking some sort of regular hypercoaster is more likely since the park still lacks that.

I should have clarified my guesses for where the next 4D would go. And, yes, I'm aware that SF: WoA is in talks with Chance-Morgan regarding a hypercoaster. My guesses weren't necessarily for the 2002 season and I should have stated that from the start. For all we know, we may not see any 4D's built for 2002.
I heard that SFoG is supposed to get something new next year.. a 4D coaster would be sweet!
I,ve noticed that most people are picking their homeparks..
I would love to see one at SFSTL, considering it is my home park! :-) It is also a very nice central location!! In my opinion, SFWoA isn't a "central park". I mean, east to west it is around the center of the contiguous states, but north to south it isn't even close. SFKK, HW, SFSTL, WOF, and SDC seem to me to be the most centrally located parks in the contiguous US. I kinda feel sorry for SFEG and SFAW, as they don't seem to really get that much and stuff. But I would still love to go to them (In fact, I am going to SFEG next week), but to some people, it might be kinda disapointing to not get anything for a few years. I mean, this year SFSTL didn't get much, and it has been kinda hard on me! :-) I also think SFEG is in a pretty good city, as there isn't much in the way of Amusement Parks nearby (Well, other than Lakewood. Lakeside? Something like that). Anyways, this is getting pretty long, so I will stop now. lol

am i the only one who thinks that SFAW and SFEG wont be getting anything? lets face it, no one cares about these parks. my home park is SFAW and i dont even think they will get anything new.  they are SF's neglected parks.  there is absolutly no space available at AW.  EG has no room for expansion either.  if AW did get a new coaster it will probably get one from another park like most of its coasters.  and before AW should get a new coaster of any kind they could use some other renovations, such as new paint on most of its rides and the re-opening of 2 of there major rides.
