My guess... GE and SFAW.
Honestly, its a toss up. I think that one of the eastern parks will get one, like SFDL or SFOG. Then they might put one in the central US, like SFSTL, any of the texas SF, or SFEG

SF: WoA seems like it could wind up with a 4D. Matter of fact, I think this is one park that stands a good chance of getting one.
SFFT or SFAW would be two parks that could get a 4D. Though for some reason, I think that SFAW might wind up with a 4D more than SFFT since it's been neglected long enough.
SFMW could also get a 4D but that depends on whether or not the hieght limit was raised from 150ft. Although it would seem odd to have two 4D's in California, SFMW could get a 4D to gain an edge on PGA.
If not, the next one could wind up at one of the east coast parks. However, if it is true that Six Flags has 2 more 4D's in the pipe as options (considering X isn't open yet), then it's likely to see a 4D in the mid-west (SF: WoA or SFStL), and a 4D on the east coast (SFDL, or SFGAdv).
I say that and keep saying that because it's true! They were in talks with Chance-Morgan according to Screamscape... not Giovanola like I previously posted. And if I remember correctly, Chance-Morgan creates hyper coasters.
That said, they MAY see one in the future, but not 2002 or 2003. That is an almost given.

sfdl is a definiate due to all the water slides + the wave pool have been removed. Not only that but SFDL hasn't got a coaster since 1999. I also think that the Great Escape is a good bet except I think they might get a superman.
But Hey who knows!

SFOT will not get one. They got Titan this year for their birthday. They'll coast on that for awhile.
SFFT will probably not get one in 2002, the chain spent a lot of money on the park in 1999-2000 and I expect it'll be 2003 before they get a major attraction. Attendance at SFFT does not justify a lot of capital expenditures so soon. However, Fiesta lacks any sort of inverted ride, so it'd be a good fit (and a good replacement for Joker's Revenge).
SFAW is possible in 2002. We're getting something in 2002, but we don't know what. A 4D like X would conceivably fit in the parking lot area next to Texas Cyclone. I'm thinking some sort of regular hypercoaster is more likely since the park still lacks that.
