To me,Villain wasn't the worst, but it suffered from "eh" syndrome. I just think it's boring. My 2 cents.

If CCI coasters are maintenance nightmares, then why would so many parks go with second and third rides? Indiana Beach built HH in 1994 and waited until 2001 to build CE... that's a long gap and surely the park would have seen that another CCI would have been a mistake during that time. Then they went ahead and re-did LoCoSuMo.
Big Chiefs has three CCIs, Silverwood and Holiday World have two. They must have been pretty happy with their CCI experiences!

Also I'm not ripping CCI. Some of my favorite woodies were made by CCI. However, the craftmanship as a whole is poor. Coasters CAN be heavenly. I personally tend to believe that some other coasters can "hold their own" a little longer without TLC (opinion).
What's not opinion is the fact that Cheetah's lift hill collapsed during construction. Hmm. Think GCI woulda had something like that happen?
