Great deal on Holiday World area hotel

Just throwing this out there, if anyone wants to split costs of a cabin or tent site, let me know.

I went through that hell 2 years ago, at this Baymont, after the CoasterBuzz event. If I end up staying there again, (and after that incident, not so likely), I might call the hotel in advance myself.

^I have never stayed at the Baymont but I will definitely verify everything. :) Thanks for the heads up!

Is this the Baymont in Dale? We stayed there two years ago and will be staying there again next year. The rate shocked me- everyone should book now before it goes up or the rooms disappear.

It's a really nice hotel.

Yep...the one in Dale, next to the Denny's and across from the Motel 6. There used to be a walk-thru maze in the emtpy field in front of the Baymont but I've never seen it open and don't recall seeing it last year. Still, would be cool if it was open.

So Rob...wanna schedule some hottub time post-ERT? :-)

It's not far, maybe about 15 minutes from the park. The Baymont and Motel 6 are outside the town and alongside the highway so add another five minutes to the ride to get to them.

Dale is about 5 miles from the park. Those hotels are 7 miles from the park.

Not to mention the road from Dale to Holiday World has some nice moments of light negative Gs (at normal speed, folks...no speeding!).

...best enjoyed with a rental car and not your own!
