Why the hell do you guys care on how we do our job if you are just a guest(visitor)??
Because as a ride-op you are one of the very few direct interactions we as guests have with the park. You represent the park to the average park goer.
The sad thing is I've seen a lot of SF employees make similar comments on the various boards over the past couple of seasons.
Maybe if SF trained their employees with my above statement as the number one priority, people would come back, and their financial numbers would rise.

Either way, does it matter who gets told what. As long as you run your ride safe, and you know you do, thats all you can ask. I'll agree, SFoG's crews aren't the best by a long shot. Thats why you wont catch me working a dock anytime soon. Railroad all the way, where I dont have to worry about shady supervisors that only promote people that "fit their agenda"(the people they get along with better instead of the people who deserve the promotion). I watched a black tag(normal attendant) that I trained as an op go from attendant to asst. foreman (taking my job) to foreman within a matter of weeks, even though I highly stressed that she could not take the pressure of running a crew. Apparently, her poor performances didnt matter... I think Legendary and I have seen quite enough instances of bad operating to write a book on it. Still though, SFoG isn't the worst by a long shot... *** Edited 2/11/2004 9:23:24 AM UTC by Chris the Coaster Freak***
