At the end of the lift of the "gigacasoter" you can select a cable lift. Just like there real thing there is a lift sled which travels down the hill, attaches and pulls the train. The speed is exactly on too, it comes down fast then slowly parks itself, attaches to the train, then slowly start out and gets going. Awesome! Just sow you know you don't start out building a regular chain lift, it won't go to 45 degrees. You just have to build a hill without and at the top, under special select the cable lift and it will work.
The track itself is all right. You can build those sexy curved Intamin parabolic hills which makes it look really sleek. Also it goes up to 300 feet. There seems to be no near vertical drop though and no overbanks, although you can bank the turns up and down so it sort of looks like them.

As the coasters get bigger so do the queue lines
He must be one of the lucky ones who got thier hands on a copy. Lucky dog.
I was really hoping for overanks because the first thing I do when I get it is check everything out and then start on my CP Recreation. What is the highest they will go to?
Does anyone know if you can build higher than 262feet in the original one? What's the heighest height you can build?

Is there a completely vertical drop?

You can use the cable lift on any degree lift, and it is silent. There is no vertical drop, but there could be something under special track (where the cable lift was ), I'll check that later. To build the parabloic hills you just go from steep up or down to flat track instead of the middle.
The best I could do for an overbank is steep up, then a gradual up banked, then a banked turn heading up, then the opposite down. So it's not very graceful.
This is the coaster type I look forward to playing with the most.

87 different coasters for this year and counting... 149 total!
Cedar Fair isn't a brand name. 99.9% of people out there don't know it exists above their parks. It would be a pretty stupid thing to make.

I never thought of it that way. It would be cool though, if the expansion packs (if there are any) will feature recreations of more SF parks and include some of the elements of the coasters. For example, a SFNE recreation with overbanked turns on Superman.

Maybe I missed understood the reading, but I built an Intamin Giga Coaster, and it said the highest drop height was 400ft. I am very positive that is what it said!
Another thing I was really wanting was 90 degree drops on the Giga. It doesnt look stupid, but kinda weird having the lift hill the same slope as the drop. But, I will live. I am very pleased with this game besides small improvements and the slow loading speed.
