I had heard 238 feet and record for tallest, longest, fastest wood from several sources...that being said it's all speculation and I'll gladly wait for the announcement...

Regardless, being that it is an Intamin and will be in NJ - one does have to wonder what the restraints will be???

Unfortunately, that IS something to think about. How sad is it that we have to fear OTSRs on a new wood coaster?

None right now... the only one I can think of was the Riverside Cyclone at some point in the 80's.

Makel, didn't you "leak" the Kingda Ka stats a few hours before the park announcement but still after some news service broke the story? I think you vaguely referred to CNN or some other major news site as your "source". Maybe that was someone else, but that is what I remember.

Early in the Riverside Cyclone's life, a rider was tossed and I think OTSRs were added. When the original PTCs were replaced with Morgans a few years later, the OTSRs disappeared.
