Ahhh! I forgot all about the Mandarin place! That place ROCKS! You actually get a pretty decent portion for the price too. :-)

The Subway, well, is Subway. :-)

....hey Tina, can I get a hold of you on AIM so we can set up that lunch date.....Jim too, since he's doing the cooking....:)

I will let Jim know. :-) He's just dying to show off his culinary talents. lol. We may just have to keep him here in the states....and send for Miss Chloe (who is this stunning yet jealous feline that he owns, or um, WHO he is owned by.) lol.

I will discuss plans for um, dessert on AIM.

Wow! Fame at last LOL I can just see the headlines now... "New Record broken at CoasterCon - Jim cooks chili, restrooms have largest lines ever!" :)

I warn you now though, my talents don't come cheap! Oh heck, who am I kidding - I'll pay if you'll let me cook for ya!

Da Claw sends purrs your way Tina for recognising her in her true light - I just got sideswiped for callng her a moggy hehe

Gator - Tina will give you my AIM nickname and maybe sometime I'll stay up late enough to chat ;)

-Jim (who thought deep fried mars bars were for dessert and is now heading out for some chuck and chocolate to make that chili...)

Thanks for the pic of that awesome chili my dear Jim, but that STILL does not get you out of riding Delirium. ;-)

Dang - I really thought the chili would swing it ;) And it didn't taste of chocolate either lol

Oh well, I suppose I'm gonna be riding Delirium then - I'll just keep it in mind when you make it over here and get too freaked out to ride our super duper Pinfari triple looper! Ummm, that doesn't quite work does it..:(

Thanks for the info guys. I am a fan of Skyline Chili there is one in Bowling Green about 10 minutes from my house... Anyway, I like Tony Packos in Toledo better. If you are ever in Toledo you should check it out. I think that I have decided on the cooler in the trunk and whatever looks good at the time. Thanks again. I'll be there tomorrow by the way. Hopefully, it won't be too crazy.

your joking right? Well maybe some of the other stuff is good, but I don't recommend their General Tso's Chicken... had better stuff come out of the freezer section at the local grocery store.

I like bubba gumps. The themeing I thought was great.

General Tso's, spicy AND sweet.....mmmmmmm......sorry, always hungry when I wake up from these *power naps*. Much like my *beauty sleep* however, they seem to be TOTAL misnomers....;)

I'm still thinkin' Jim's chili looks better than ANYTHING I've had to eat at PKI. It's one of the relatively few parks where I'd just as soon take the time to leave the park and forage elsewhere....I don't know WHAT those people were thinking who voted for PKI as "best park food"....even DANNY admits the food there ain't the greatest....;)

Cheers Gator! The check is in the mail ;)

Maybe I should set up a food stand just outside the park then lol

-Jim (who's thinking he might even get time to notch up a few coaster rides in between all the cooking ;))

Jim, you *do* know that I get 75% of your sales from the chili right? After all I am the one who will be renting out your culinary services. :-)

As far as PKI having the "best" park food ever I would disagree. It isn't ALL that. I've had better at much smaller (and larger) parks.

Man, that sucks - Da Claw is on the other 25% ;)

Actually, the park food is something I'm looking forward to sampling on my trip too - and a few stores that stock elasticated waist cargo pants LOL All this talk of chili dogs and cheese on a stick - roll on June 04!

-Jim (who's been teased way too long by Tina about all the goodies he'll be stuffing himself with:))

Jim....give me some advance notice on your trip....we'll sample LOTS of good park food (Potato Patch), but *none* of it is at PKI...

bill, didn't realize his "park shorts" had such a long name...;)

Tact is for people not intelligent enough to comprehend sarcasm...;)

I'm back. I loved the park. I thought that Tomb Raider, Delirium, The Beast, and Scooby were all very cool. There should be warning signs on SOB and Flight of Fear. Those two left me with a sore neck and back. As for the food, I went with some Skyline chili. I mean you see the little signs everywhere and it starts to look good after awhile. By the way, how long has Top Gun been sponsered by Gillete? Rides aren't going to get names like 3-com coaster or Ford Financial Top Spin are they?

As many people have mentioned, Skyline is good. Course it might be that I've been a huge Skyline fan since I dont remenber, but still. I haven't tried the shack yet, but I plan too next season, as school is preventing me from going to fearfest :(

Oh yeah, LaRosas is pretty good, and I dont know if anyone mentioned it yet, but last time I checked they had Montgomery Inn, another Cincy delicacy, by the Thornberry flume, and I love their BBQ...

So *that's* what you call them then ;)

Bill - I'm looking at early-mid June until early July - definitely taking in CoasterCon - woohoo! Tina is in charge of trip planning for this one - I can't cook and organise all those park visits too ya know ;)

Soon as I know, you'll know mate!

I'm not sure how long Gillette has sponsored Top Gun, but I remember that sign being up as far back as the coaster has been there. Wasn't TG opened in '93?
Sorry to break it to you dragonrider but pepsi has already started paying for there name to be placed on rides. The pepsi max big one. Is one I know of and another one at coney island in cinn.
