First Hypercoaster

What was it and what did you expect.   Mine was Steel Force when it first came out. I was ten and I really had no clue what to expect. I just knew it was really tall and fast.
I was seven years old, in the second grade. Magnum XL-200, my first hypercoaster, was also my first rollercoaster. I didn't know what to expect, having never been on a rollercoaster before. I was very pleased, and have never been the same.

Mine was SoB at PKI.

I was kinda nervous at first. But when I was on it, it was a lot of fun...

My other Hyper was Magnum. I really enjoyed that ride. The airtime at the end is sooo powerful, it is fantastic!

Apollo's Chariot. It was this year. I hated heights(still do!), and I had to close my eyes going up the lift because I was so scared....:)

My first hyper was B&M's first hyper, Apollo's Chariot. I expected it to have very little air-time, but I was wrong about that.
Mine was S:ROS at SFDL and I have been hooked ever scinece
I thought Raging Bull was B&M's first. Anyway Magnum was my first.

S:ROS @ SFDL.  All I knew to expect was to go really fast and to spend a lot of time hovering in my seat. I loved it so much I'm gonna head back to DL next year.

Mine was Goliath.
Mine was Mamba.  That's why it's my screen name.
Magnum XL 200 was my first. I was 8 when i rode it.
Well if it counts, Millennium Force was my plus 200 footer. Technically, Magnum was my first but it was after MF.

My first hyper was Magnum, the year it opened.  I was 11.  I was just getting to the point where I would ride everything, and when I rode Magnum, I was convinced I could ride anything.  I absolutely loved it.  I haven't been on too many other hypers (Only S:ROS at SFDL, Steel Phantom (if you count it), Nitro, and Millennium Force), but I started on them early.  :)

Mine was Mamba when it first came out. It definitely didn't dissappoint and is still better than most hypers out today.
mine was Magnum XL 200 just like everyone else.  I was 11 years old, i was so scared i literely peed my pants going up...it was the sweetest thing in the world, since then i have been on, Apollos chariot, Millennium force, goliath, SOB, Steel Force, and superman and NE.  they are all great.
Mine is... NONE!

I live in Toronto, and it's home park is PCW.  All the coaster they got is a sorry little 1995 Vekoma SLC, a super short arrow suspended, a super rough TOGO standup, and 2 woodies... Plus a 1987 bommerang! Sad...

I wish I have the chance to ride a hypercoaster...

Steel force was the first  about three years ago and ever since I have had a high expectation for hypers, many of them have outdone Steel force including MF, Raging Bull, Nitro, S:ROS both of them.
Goliath was the first and only one for me so far.  That is, until I get a chance to ride Steel Force, Superman: ROS and Nitro when I head back for the Phoenix Phall Phunfest in October!  :)  I thought Goliath was an awesome coaster, still one of the best in California.  They've trimmed it something awful, but it still gives an intense ride.

My first hyper was Mamba followed shortly there after by Magnum. Angela, who has an extreme fear of heights will ride her first hyper hopefully 2 weeks from today should be desperado, followed by Manhattan express( kind of a hyper) and a few days later Goliath and hopefully X (we hope).
