First Coaster Experience

What was the first coaster you went on, and how old were you?

I went on Blackpool Pleasure Beach's "Big Dipper" when I was only three! I don't remember much about it at that time, but my mother told me I used to sit on her knee. Obviously, I must have enjoyed it.

What I do remember is going back another year when all the height restrictions had come in, and they wouldn't let me ride it - I was not a happy kid that day!

#Life is a rollercoaster you just gotta ride it#
My first coaster was jr. Gemini then the corkscrew then the magnum xL. Jr. Gemini- i was 4. Corkscrew i was 5. magum when i was 7. we went to Cedar point ever year.
My first roller coaster was when I was 11, and it was on Hercules at Dorney Park. All I remember was the first hill the helix over the lake, and the headache that I got afterwards.

My first coaster was Jr. Gemini. I remember riding that and seeing Maggie in its inaugural year towering across the midway. Boy was I mad I couldn't go on!!

Galaxy at Santas Village.
My first coaster was the SooperDooperLooper in Hershey. I was 12. Had to be literally dragged on to even get me even close to a coaster.
It took me a long time to love coasters, but now I cna't get enough of them! Anyway, my first coaster experience was Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Disneyland, then Matterhorn then Space Mountain... and that was how I was first introduced to the world of coasters!

It was the Red Streaker at Willow Mill asmusement park in Mechanicsburg, PA.. Good coaster for a small park. Too bad its sitting disassembled in a warehouse now. Hopefully someone will bring it out of hibernation.
First coaster was the Jack Rabbit at KP. I was about 10. First looping coaster was the Loch Ness Monster when I was 13.
