Hey all! Got back this weekend from my trip to florida. I loved IOA. My first ever B&M was The Hulk and it didn't dissapoint me. I went in with really high expectations and The Hulk delivered. I also got to ride Dueling Dragons, another great coaster. B&M's are smooth, fast, and just really great. While waiting for the front row on DD I met 2 guys who were coaster enthusiasts. We had a long talk about coasters which made the wait seem shorter than it was. BTW should I count DD as 2 coasters on my coaster count? Anyway, IOA is a great park. Top notch themeing and top notch rides. I'll be hitting Dorney on thursday for yet another B&M and my first hyper in Steel Force. I just want to say that B&M are great and I'm looking fowrd to riding more of their masterpieces. Later,

Congrats on youre first B&M. Just wait till you ride a B&M hyper;)

B&M hypers suck besides raging bull
I wish a B&M Hyper would get built on the West Coast. Not that Goliath isn't awesome. I just want to try a B&M Hyper without traveling so dang far! SFMW, are you listening?

"X" marks the spot in 2001!
Yes, Dueling Dragons will count as two rides on your ride count, that is, if you rode both sides. Ryan, seeing how you have only been on Nitro, I hardly see how you can declare Raging Bull better. Glad to see you finally riding new and exciting rides CoasterKing!

And what others have you ridden that all suck?
Oh, Actually I see you have ridden Nitro, my bad. Well, I guess because you did not like 1 of the B&M hypers, they all suck (except of course Raging Bull).
I have been on two hypers,Nitro and Steel force. They both definately give a differant feel but,i would never go as far as to say either of them suck in any way.I can't wait to experience intamin this weekend at SFa and SFNE.I am pretty happy not all hypers have the same feel.Variety is the spice of life!I would be pretty bummed if all hypers had the same feel.

B&M hypers, are IMO, the best rides out there, i think Nitro has a nice layout, along with fantastic air, and i loved the ride. Apollos Chariot had huge air, and Raging Bull has a sweet layout, along with the air that the other two hypers emphasize on. The only reason I like RB the best is because its at my homepark, if my homepark was SFGADV, then Nitro would be my favorite of the trio, and if my homepark was BGW, then it would be Apollos Chariot.

Great Bear at Hershey Park was my first.
Apollo's Chariot was my first! That is the only B&M hyper I have been on. But I prefer wooden airtime coasters *cough* Shivering Timbers *cough* more than anything else.

My Top 5
(1)Shivering Timbers(2)Millennium Force(3)Magnum XL-200(4)Apollo's Chariot(5)The Boss
Absoulety all, I repeat ALL B&M coasters suck raw yak testicles. From my first B&M, Iron WTF?!? @ SFGAm to my most recent Great Bugger @ HP and the horribly unforceful Batkid: The Ride coasters @ SFGAm & SFStL, I must say they all blew equally. And that ride @ SWFlorida, Krakle, has to be the worst engineered steel coaster I've ever been on!

Montu was my first, followed by Kumba. Growing up, I lived in Tampa. Everyday I would go to day camp, and alot of the time was spent outside. Anyway, it afforded me a unique opportunity: I could see Montu being built everyday. The camp was in a straight line with the park so I could see everything. Montu was my first B&M and also my first "big" coaster. No suprise, I loved it and it got me hooked on coasters and parks.

"Welcome back Raptor riders. How was your flight?"
My first was Kumba second was Raptor. Favorite is B:KF, gives good air, pacing and views. However i think it'll be knocked off by AC next week

HurricaneGeauga- Just in case
The first B&M coaster that I rode was IRON WOLF. Followed by BATMAN.
Iron Wolf was my favorite coaster for the longest time, it's still a great coaster but not my favorite. Raging Bull is the #1 coaster in my book.

Millennium Force: The Future's Riding On It
First was Iron Wolf than BTR at SFGAM the year BTR was built. B&M would be on the top if it wasn't for Titan. The rest of my top 5 steel are B&M though.
1. See below
2. Incredible Hulk
3. Montu
4. Top Gun(Carowinds)
5. Kraken
Kumba, Dueling Dragons(Fire), Mamba all get honorable mention. Mamba got bumped out by Titan!!! By about 50 ft!!!!
