Favorite view......
Well if you're talking about first looks, I'd have to say the first view of Lake Compounce at the entrance is just gorgeous. Here's just a taste of it.
In terms of coasters, there is no woodie that visually appeals to me like Excalibur. The park mad the best transition of any kind towards the entrance of this coaster, You go from this classic park atmosphere across the bridge into Camelot. Not the best woodie, but still is top notch. If only it had one more transitioin through the forest before it hit the brakes.
Favorite night view is Lightning Racer, I mean look at it!
Aerial view, Nagashima for life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lake Compounce-So Fresh and So Clean Clean
The more pics you people post, the more i realize how sad PKD's theming really is....
And yea, IoA does give some great views. When i went in July of 2001, we watched the fireworks show, and that was very nice. It lit up all the water and filled the sky with color.

I like IOA I think it has very awesome views. Like when you look out on the lake and see the whole park.Or just to walk around IOA there is so much to look at in that park.
SFGAm has some good views like when you on Raging Bull and look towards the park you see lots of things you never saw before.Sky Trek Offers a great view of Shockwave http://joyrides.com/sfgam/full/shock_wave1.htm and the rest of the park. I have taken so many pictures there. But next year it will have a very good view of Superman.
I liked looking down from one of the bridges at BGW and being able to see LNM, BBW, and Alpengeist streatching over the river. I think it was really cool that they got three of their four big coasters to go over water and that you can see all three from one point.
second is a tie. I'm not sure if I like the view of heading down into the structure of Viper (SFGA) on the second drop or any coaster that does that for that matter or the view of seeing American Eagle's first drop race skyward as you plumit down into a ditch while riding backwards.

Is english your second language? (Especially your old signature.)
My favorite part of CP is when your just coming up to Millenium Force and you can see the 2nd and 3rd hills and the layout of Mantis. It's just so exciting!
Also, another wonder is seeing the skyline from the causeway at 7:30 in the morning...before the park even openened for the season (yup: 5/5/02 - that's a site to see!).

Cedar Point: America's Rockin' Roller Coast!
For me, it has to be as your driving over the bridge that crosses the river as your headed to kennywood from Pittsburgh., right after you cross you turn left onto Kennywood Bulevard, and drive up the hill to kennywood, but as your driving across this bridge, you look left, you saw the steel phantom(now the Phantoms Revenge) lurking in the distance, with pitt fall looming behind it...Also in IOA when the huge boomerang on the HULK becomes plainly visible...SFGAM headed north, you first see American Eagle then the rest of the park. Also on top of the Eiffel Tower at PKI, seeing the beast's lift hill, and some of its track winding through the woods...thats all I can currently think of, but im sure there are so many more if you wanted to get into specific places inside the parks themselves....

Traveling up I-94 straight out of Chicago, I had my best trip ever to Six Flags Great America on June 11th, 2002. It was rainy for about an hour on the way over from Michigan City, Indiana. I was with my best friend and my older brother and his girlfriend. My brother is 20, he wasn't quite sure how to get to six flags other than getting on I-94 from Michigan City to I-294 and then back on I-94. We knew we were close when we saw a sign that said Six Flags ahead. We kept driving looking out the right side of our windows just seeing trees and grass until finally, a mammoth of a white structure appeared and rides and coasters of Six Flags Great America were on the horizon. I remember my heart was pounding and as we drove by Jimmy Eat World's "Sweetness" was on the radio, therefore everytime I think of that song I think of Raging Bull and Six Flags from I-94. We got in the park with no trouble, the parking lot was empty, it was a tuesday and we never waited any longer than 10 minutes for any of the rides. Now I just hope when I make another journey up there on Saturday the 26th that it is not too crowded. I am also going to take pictures of Shockwave just one last time before it's all gone.
Indiana Beach, walking in from the suspension bridge from the south parking lot is just great. Not the most visually astonishing park, but that view just gives me a very giddy feeling in my gut.
CP causeway, I generally only get 1 trip to CP a year, so the view is something I've never tired of (not that I think I could ever get sick of it). It kicked butt back before MF, can't wait to see it next year.
SFStL from I-44, my homepark from my younger years. Screamin' Eagle forming a beautiful backdrop to a nicely landscaped park with the hills just behind it. Collosus and Mr. Freeze piercing into the sky.
Lastly, looking back over your shoulder at the top of S:TE @ SFMM, only rode the ride twice but the view was the best part of the ride for me. Worth the wait just for that, although it would be nice to enjoy it for a longer length of time. But that's what observation towers are for.
