Favorite Ride Sounds

I love the scream of the LIMS on V2 @ SFGAm. Also, any woodie on it's lift hill, and the sizzle right after Raging Bull flys over when under it in line for Viper.

Best of all, I love the sound of being on the train, going down a hill of any woodie.

Hey, SFGAm management, can I buy a couple cages of Sky Whirl?

The whoosh of MF at CP going by while waiting in line, as well as the roar of Raging Bull coming down past you while waiting in line for Viper at SFGAM, it's the best!

Welcome back riders, how was your ride...Enjoy your day, here at Cedar Point, America's roller coast.
Any sound a coaster makes :)

"Oncoming riders, please stand behind the red safety line and wait for the train to come to a complete stop."
-Phantom's Revenge Laps:12-

I love the clicky clack of the train climbing the lift hill! I also love the pulsing sound that Mr. Freeze(SFOT) makes( bm- bm- bm- bm-bm) before it launches you through the tunnel at 70mph!!

Hmmm... At SFGAm:

Batman: The Ride- The train entering the station and all the combined noises when we dispatch a train (the floor lowering, the lift firing up, the feed wheels pushing the train out/bringing the other train in, the train engaging the lift, etc....).

East River Crawler- (Schwarzkopf Monster III) Starting up, raising, lowering, & stopping.

Fiddler's Fling- (Schwarzkopf Calypso 3?) Starting and stopping.

Raging Bull- The noise made when the train engages the lift is REALLY cool.

Got to love those scream sounds on V2: Vertical Velocity and Superman at Six Flags Worlds Of Advenure I also like hearing the sounds of wooden coaster chain lifts. My favorite sound for a woodie would be Son Of Beast.
I really love the sound of any woodie chain lift with PTC cars...nice, nostalgic feeling.

Arrow chain lifts sound really cool, also.

Other than that, my favorite sounds at an amusement park are the screams coming from riders who are having a great time on the rides.

It's a simple equation: CCI + CP = #1 Wooden Coaster!

The roar of the train when SROS at SFNE goes over the queue.
The high frequency drive motor screeching as trains exit and enter the station...

Montu, God Of Coasters

Raging Bull, Don't Fight It, Ride It

now ive ridden Deja Vu @ SFMM, id say it would be all the ppl on the ride cheering as its going backwards into the first tower..The day i went (last Thursday) every single train did that...and thats how a coaster should begin..

"Whoooa, that's hot. There isn't a man alive who wouldn't get turned on by that. Well, goodbye!" - Homer Simpson
Hello, this is my first post at this site.  My favorite sounds would be the Phantom's Revenge lift(Arrow),  and when the coaster goes down the 2nd drop into the big turnaround at the bottom of the hill.  WHHHHHAAAAAAAAA!;)

Kennywood is my home park!!!
i like the sound the Scrambler makes, you know theone that makes you think is is going to fly apart, that loud metallic clanking and groaning

for coasters, B&M brakes, lift hills, and the roar (never ridden one but seen and heard them on videos)

the lifts and brakes of any coaster

also, on the disc. channel show making of  a coaster, the midcourse brakes on steel dragon are kind of an interesting pattern

Millennium Force: You've got to hear a B&M roar in person, it's the best! :)

"I can't dream anymore, since you left. I miss you singing me to sleep."- New Found Glory

My two favorite sounds...

1st Place: The Viper at SFoG's Launch...the best coaster sound in the world...

2nd Place: The FoF launch at PKI...the typical high pitched LIM scream
