Now realy think about it, if your a big coaster fan and know alot about roller coasters around the states, what park do you like the most? Don't put your homepark because it's your homepark, put a park you really love, or would love to go to.
Mine would be Six Flags Magic Mountain. It has some awesome roller coasters i would love to ride. I live in Chicago so it's sorta hard to get across the u.s., maybe the day will come
So you are saying that you havent been to SFMM yet. You state you want go give your favorite park. What is your favorite?
P.S. I live in the Chicago area as well.
I'll give you a hint... it has 14 coasters and it never gets old, even after dozens of annual visits.

Coasterdude4, I forgot to ask, since you live in Chicago do you know anything about the rumor of Santasvillage closing in 2004?
Gee Jeff, how many guesses do I get? STILL THINKING, STILL THINKING, STILL THINKING, AHHHHH, IVE GOT IT , CEDAR POINT? heh!heh!
I've got to say Cedar Point too. It is the best park ever!

I can't wait for the 2000 season to start!!
Homepark: Kennywood

In the best terms...Get To The POINT!!! :)
****AMERICA"S ROLLER COAST****
All these big parks with their overblown coasters are great. But let's not forget the REAL down home parks like Knoebel's and Holiday World. Can't wait to ride The Legend!
My home parks Cedar Point,my favorite park is Kings Island, and the park I would really love to hit is Six Flags Magic Mountain.
The best park I have ever been to is Cedar Point.
I loved BGT though.
My fav. would have to be SFGreat Adventure. I love this park because it always is one of the first to get great new coasters in such as medusa and the chiller. My second favorite park would have to be the Great Escape....because it is home to my fav. woodie The Comet
Mine would be Cedar Point, not only because I work there, but because its the best.

Welcome back Raptor riders-how was your flight?
Home park: SFO (i've spent five summers in the trenches working there)
Favorite park: CP (from beginning to end the BEST! The only bad thing here are the sore feet at the end of a day)
Favorite underdog: Kennywood (best collection of classic thrillrides I'VE ever seen, the only park truely worth paying full admission for)
Most overrated park: PKI, sorry to be a drag, but i've spent several years here in Cinti and i've been every year; Paramount just doesn't know how to run the joint. LONG lines every time i've ever been there, even early in the season when CP is perfect. And why don't they use the que lines? They just fall out onto the midway. And the coasters put in lately really just don't compete with the other big names.
The one GREAT exception; THE BEAST. Perhaps my favorite woody. Anyone else notice that paramount did not build this one and have been adding trims along the course???
Favorite Park would be Six Flags Great America! ;)
