Favorite inversion!

Never argue with a fool for he may be doing the same

My favorite inversion would have to be the Pretzel Loop on S:UF at SFoG. It's like no other element in the world.

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm surprised no one said the first loop on Shockwave, Viper, or GASM. I'm guessing they all feel exactly the same, as they are nearly identical, at least up to that point. Anyways, Shockwave's first loop is my favorite inversion ever. After the climb up the hill, the long, long climb, which seems to go on for 200 feet, you finally flip over, pulling some really high Gs. The second and third loop only add to the experience.

Less than 2 weeks until SFGAm opens!

My vote goes towards Montu's batwing element, Mantis' first three inversions, and Hulk's first inversion......they are all truly amazing. Also I love zero-g inversions on any coaster, especially inverts!

My favorite is the Kamakaze Curve Boomerang element on The Orient Express. It is a very intense inversion element and its the first of its kind.

However the Cobra Roll on Wildfire at SDC comes in a close 2nd place with it. It was well built and designed. Not to mention the veiw of the area upsidedown.

That's not roughness that intensity

Either the Top Hat backwards on Mr. Freeze or the first inversion on Mantis (I like the slight "pause" that you get in the front of the train).

Other than Anton's vertical loops, Beemer inclined loops (when smooth), the top-hat on B:TC, and the dropping zero-g on Kumba, I've never been a huge fan of inversions........until.........the Pretzel loop! I never would've though B&M would provide THAT much intensity...S:UF is kinda a "one-trick pony", but that is one awesome trick!

I dont know if I responded to this topic before, but my favorite has changed anyways. After getting some serious laps in on Kraken at SWO, I have to go with the camelback roll. It is just totally freakin insane. That inversion is great from the front, the back, the middle, everywhere. Before that my favorite was the B&M cobra roll. I am looking forward to going through my first tophat when I visit SFStl in two weeks. Then this may all change. We will see...

The first loop on Drachen Fire was my fave. I never really did know what they called it. It was a sitdown Immelman of sorts Nowadays? Raptor's first loop in the backseat. What Gs!

The vertical loop on Kumba. It circles the lift hill and left me weightless.
The Jet Coaster, SKC's loop IS NOT 160ft. BKF's loop, and SKC's loops are about the same. Yes, SKC is taller, but it doesnt mean anything. SKC does that helix which burns of a liitle bit of speed, but BKF is just dip and dive. There is no way SKC's loop is that tall. They are both around ther 130-140ft range.
