B&M Roar, as well as the brake units (Trims, MCB, Final). I especially like listening to the mid-course brake the train, then listen for the "clonk-hisss" of the units reseting.
Oh, btw, I like the sound of a floorless train moving through the station. The chain sprocket (anti-rollback device) drags against the inclined wheel assemblies, and it makes a unique "click click click CLOCK". Almost sounds like dropping some pencils on a hard wood floor.

How much more floorless can they get?

Well I'm going to go out on a limb and have a non-coaster machinery sound. 'This here's the wildest ride in the wilderness!" from Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.
Oh for the purists its gotta be the B&M roar, preferably the Iron Wolf roar, as it seems to be the loudest I've ever heard. Must be the heavy*****trains it has.

Your village called. They're missing their idiot.
The sound of an Arrow Corkscrew going through the double corkscrews, While you walk directly beneath.

Im the #1 Canobie Lake Park Fan!!!These are my top 3 coasters:
1. S:RoS @ SFNE 2. Yankee Cannonball 3. Cyclone

Pearl Jam + Roller Coasters = Heaven on Earth. :)
I like the 'creak' sound at the top of B&M inverteds. I assume it makes that noise on all of them, it does on B:TR (SFGAm) and Montu. I also love the B&M sizzle on Raging Bull, when waiting in line for Viper. The train roars by, then 'sizzle sizzle sizzle' of the wheels burning away on the track. Of course, I love the B&M roar, too. My favorite is also Iron Wolf's, then Kumba's when you're standing under it.
My favorite one which isn't B&M would be the loud clank of Schwarzkopf lap bars comming down. I don't know if they are all that loud, but Scorpion's is LOUD!

Less than 2 months until SFGAm opens!
Even though I had visited the park before, Last year at SRM I noticed the sound of both Legend and Raven running through the woods.
Ravens sound was pleasing, But I loved the sound of that Gerstlauer on Legend. It sounded like a coaster on steroids! It will be interesting as to what it will sound like now.

Americana is opening in 2002 and needs your support as many company picnics are already schedualed for someplace else, Indivdual visits are very improtant to the parks survival.

800,000 years in 7 seconds: Time Machine the movie or next S&S creation?
The sound of the clicking stopping halfway up S:ROS at SFDL and then getting a good view while you're stuck!
Also after we got unstuck the sound of my whole train chanting "free ride" was nice too. :-)
