The family of a woman who fell to her death from Perilous Plunge has filed a suit against Knott's Berry Farm. The suit alleges Cedar Fair, the park's parent company, and Intamin, the ride's manufacturer "knew the dangers" involving the ride. I have to throw in my two cents here....

After reading this whole post I'm very confused... having worked my aspects into the amusement park industry, insurance premiums are horrific and the ablity to lower them will happen in the next 3-5 years, with a MAJOR change coming, I'm suprised you didn't know this Jeff...

So BB shows you facts what will be done then? What can an extreme enthusiast do?? BB shows you facts you're going to meet with Mr.Jackson at cedar fair and speak Finance? Or better yet go to Shakopee and have a conference call with Ms. Stromberg-Wise on what the amusement park industry markets to the amusement park patron... You know how the amusement park industry works and what is right and wrong... why aren't you working in the amusement park industry then?? BB makes very valid points and I'd hope that you'd please give him/her the time of day, because you're just digging yourself a hole..... and i'd be happy to dig you out... :)
