Fall Trips

Labor Day is over and a vast majority of us only have 6 weeks left until the offseason. Whos planning any trips, and where are you going? Im going to BGW one more time a month from now.

2022 Trips: WDW, Sea World San Diego & Orlando, CP, KI, BGW, Bay Beach, Canobie Lake, Universal Orlando

PKD or Cedar Point are possibilities that I am looking at. Hopefully one of 'em will materialize come October. I would like to go to the CBuzz event @ Holiday World, but I'd rather wait for The Voyage to open before I make the trip out there (preferably during Beastbuzz weekend).

Maybe Adventureland one last time, Puyallup Fair, CAC @ Silverwood, PNE Playland, CBFA @ Holiday World, Kings Island, PPP @ Knoebels plus maybe a stop at SFA, and my Annual fall reunion with Timber Wolf @ Worlds of Fun. I'd also like to make it down to SFStL one more time in October.

My season is just now starting for the most part. ;-)

I do a majority of my travelling in the Spring and Fall months.

Other than the HW event October is pretty full.....PPP, a mid-October trip to Cedar Point, and a possible trip to SFNE/Lake Compounce if I can swing it. The first three are definites, though.

Another definite is a private event at Dollywood in December.

And maybe a weekend trek to Orlando/Tampa sometime in November.

October is PERFECT coaster weather. :-)

I am in Florida, I have no offseason, but numerous trips to universal, disney, seaworld and busch are in the itinerary sometime this fall/winter
PPP and a Private event at Hershey are about it for me unless I do a FrightFest at GAdv or SFA, or Halloweekends at Dorney.

Watch the tram car please....
Kennywood for their final regular operating day on Sunday Sept. 18th (special $12.95 admission)...

Geauga Lake for The Haunt in October...

...then a possible trip to Hersheypark near the holidays....

....and of course that is also Indoor Waterpark season!!!

PPP is the only thing my gf and I have planned for the remainder of the season, but I keep trying to find somewhere else to go cheap.

My wife and I are heading back to Vegas and SFMM in 3 weeks, finally going to crack the 100 coaster mark.

Cbuzz event at Holiday World, 1 or 2 more trips to SFoG, probably 1 trip to VL, and Vegas during the last week of October.

Wow, I'm actually going to do more this fall than I did all summer. Looks like the fall starts the season for me, too, Tina.

CAC, PPP, and that's probably it. I'm sure I'll do some off-season coasting here in FL, but the coasters here just aren't up to the level of say, TrEmOrS or Phoenix...then again, not much is! ;)
Like some of the others have said, I also plan the bulk of my trips in the Spring and Fall.

Fall Trips 05:
Knoebels (PPP)
SFGAdv, Sesame, DelGrossos
Kennywood, Cedar Point
PKI

Going to hit Kennywood and CP in October.
Would like to hit DW in December.

Can anyone register for PPP, or does one need a membership to a coaster enthusiast club? Some friends and I want to go, but are not sure if we can because none of us are in any clubs.

PPP and maybe Kennywood for PFN...and hopefully Hersheypark again.

I'm headed up to CP this weekend along with some 20 other FLCC members. After that the club is doing holloween events at IOA/USF and BGT the first week of Oct. I'm also thinking of do the Dollywood event with Southeast ACE in nov.

Of course living in florida I do like the club shirts say "We Ride All Year". No offseason for us.

Yeah i plan on going early next year to Knotts so hopefully flights are cheaper than, im poor. But Octoberfest at Gl and a halloweekends at CP since the first one, where i waited an hour for magnum, still would too. I also want to get back down to kings island once more.

Anyone can register. No club ID or membership required.

Thanks Moosh. The website said "ANY", but I didn't want to get all the way out there and they ask for some kind of membership card or something. It was my goal to find out this info tonight before bed, and now I can go to sleep. :)
