On the big loop on BKF at SFO if I am riding in the back, I will get tunnel-vision for a second.

I also got it once in the back seat of Double Loop at SFO.
Josh, I was wondering if anyone would mention Two Face at SFA that is the only ride Ive ever been on that had that type of effect on me. I dont really know about completely backing ou but after the trip up the first part of the cobra roll going backwards I saw red and kinda saw stars for a second. These arent the greatest rides (invertigos)I mean but they certianly do pull some G's.
On the first drop of "The Beast"
The back section of "Goliath"

They do throw lots of G's at the bottom of the loop. I kinda feels like its pulling the skin off your face.

A few years back one broke at our local fair and people were stuck nearly up side down for about an hour!

Not Too Shabby For A Summer
I have greyed out on Batman:the Ride at SFStL's first loop, but only when it's raining. Also, on Ninja at SFStL, which pulls 5 g's, I grey out from time to time when riding in the front seat. And to answer you sfga2001, I know it kind of sounds scary, but it isn't, or at least it isn't for me. Close your eyes really slowly, that's kind of what it's like.
My vision went grey twice at CP last summer. The first time on Raptor's loop. Don't know why though I've riden so many times and that was the only time its happened. And the second time on my second ride on MF. It was the first over banked turn. I guess going at 92mph was a little much. The weird thing was it was my second ride not my first.

Don't mess with the X in 01
Wildcat has higher G's than MF does.
Things got a little gray for me when I rode Raptor last year in the last row. That was the first time that has ever happened to me.

Thank you for riding America's Roller Coast
Vortex at Carowinds greyed me a little bit on the flat spin. I would suspect that more people grey or black out on stand-up coasters than sit down. What do yall think?

What is life without ups and downs!?!?
Hey, Josh, I had that same problem on Face/Off, another Invertigo at PKI, going backwards back to the station. That was on my first ride when it opened in '99. Now I'm pretty much used to the coaster.

Can you take me higher? (CREED)
My first and only experience with blacking out was my first ride on MF. about half-way down the first drop I simply could no longer see. Funny thing was I was concious the whole time. I really can't figure out the problem because I've had no major problems on others such as the beast, and shockwave at SFGA. Heights normally aren't a prob either cause I can handle magnum just fine. O well it'll just be a good reason to get back to CP again this year and try it again. :)

hey. You! you see those 2 new shuttles over there? they rock man!* *troy sneaks to raging bull which is now a walk-on* SFGA-Twice the fun in 2001

I really do not understand how people can blackout on MF. When I rode it back in August, I felt no significant positive g's whatsoever. Although I did feel a lot of negative g's. :) I didn't really think that any of CP's coasters pulled any strong g's to be quite honest. Maybe it's just me though.

Try lifting your legs at the bottom of the drop or in the turn before the first tunnel. I think you'll change your opinion.

the 3rd loop does it to me everytime on shockwave at sfga and sometimes on the zero g roll on raptor.

I've blacked out tons of times on Shockwave at SFGAM after the double loops. It usually happens when the temperature is fairly warm.

I almost did on Shockwave between the 2nd and 3rd loop, but this spot makes one of my friends black out almost everytime.

Get wrapped in the coils of Viper at SFGAm.
I almost blacked out on the third loop of Galaxyland's Mindbender. Goliath is pretty bad too during the centerfuge. I don't like it so much, because sometimes it gives me a headache.
I almost blacked out when going on Kraken at Sea World in Florida, It happened when going into the Cobra Roll and then going into the mid course brakes(Oh yeah did I mention I was in the back seat also) basiclly I just felt really dizzy and had blurred vision for a few seconds.

I once blacked out right after the loop on Iron Wolf and once we hit that crazy corcscrew, its fun but hurts sometimes, some people will know if they have been on it, I was back and enjoyin the rest of the ride.
