Euclid Beach/Shady Lake Flat Rides

Why can't people spell Geauga right?
No offense to anyone though, it just bothers me.
Thanks!

Jordon: Don't worry, I am sure that SF will most likely put the Old Indiana Park to good use

Joe: I had no idea these plans were proposed!

Boy, I need to get into development! I am really in the wrong field! If they in fact built something on the lake front, It would have to continuously grow (not physical, but attraction wise) They could open up several types of entertainment complexes, and change them every few years to keep the area fresh. The flats always have something new going on.

It'll never happen. Why? We're already pretty saturated sitting between Six Flags Geauga Lake and Cedar Point. The bigger problem is that if you work downtown, it's probably the last place you want to spend your free time. Dealing with inner-belt traffic on a daily basis is enough to make you hate downtown, even if you know that traffic isn't there on the weekends. Take it from someone who works on E. 9th (and finds it hilarious that every idiot in town seems to think the only two exits from I-90 are E. 9th and Ontario).

Indy alone could support a themepark, your forgetting fort wayne, nobelsville, carmel, anderson, marion . Indiana could support a large themepark it is just everyone that attempts has investors back out or Plans have got called off. A large park in indiana would also keep hoosiers from driving 5-6 hours to cedarpoint, pki, or driving all the way to the border to go to holiday world. The people that run knots were looking into building a themepark close to indy but the amount of land they were offered wasn't big enough.

I believe, (and this is just an opinionated post) that the big reason that Old Indiana hasen't been rebuilt is the extreme expansions at SFWOA.

If Premier never bought Six Flags, I think that Old Indiana would have been running full steam by now.

But with the SF buyout, it has given Premier to concentrate on different Capital Improvents elsewhere.

You mention Carmel and Nobelsville but give Kokomo no love? SHAME ON YOU!

I will confirm that the Mouse at Shady was indeed NOT like the one at Lakemont.

The Cars are more bullet-nose shaped.
