He means they cancelled the plans for the portable spinning mouse.

It hasn't been scrapped at all, it opens June 18th. There are even construction pics at goerie.com.

browntggr - Let me see if I can clear up what people are saying:

Waldameer is building a new, permanent spinning COASTER this year. Because delivery of this spinning COASTER was going to be late they had announced the addition of a spinning MOUSE temporarily until the spinning COASTER was done. Now it appears that plans for the spinning MOUSE have been cancelled but the spinning COASTER is still coming.

At least that how I interpret it ;)

I never talked about the portable spinning mouse. The open date of the new coaster was June 14th, and now it is the 18th.

And again, nothing has been scrapped.

Called Waldameer, as of Tuesday, no set opening date.. :(
