I don't know about the rest of you but I am Noraml and an enthusiast. LOL
Anyway
Average Joe guest- Lets run to Millenium Force when they open the gate.
Enthusiast- Lets go back to Magnum and hit it 5 times before anyone even get's in line.

Does CCI know how to make a bad coaster?
I think Jeff and Apollo Andy have it right.
Enthusiast: "The verticle loop was very intense, the pacing was very good, the laterals were quite good," etc etc etc (heaping praise for about 30 minutes)... "but there was something that left me flat. I can't quite put my finger on it. It is not as good as insert coaster name here which I have ridden 1,735 times... or any of the other 256 coaster I have ridden."
Normal person: That ride was great. I loved it.
The following has happened to me here in LA on more than one occasion, most recently last month:
Normal Person [NP]: So, you're a coaster enthusiast, huh? You must love Magic Mountain!
Coaster Enthusiast [CE]: Yeah, but I prefer Knotts.
NP: Knotts? What do they have?
CE: Ghostrider, one of the best wooden coasters in the world
NP: Knotts has a wooden coaster? When did they put that in?
CE: Oh, about three years ago.
NP: Hmmm...never heard of it. Ya know, I like The Viper up at Magic Mountain. Do you like that one?
CE: Yep, that's a fun one....*

At sfgadv i heard some guys talking while they were in line for batman:the ride.
Arrow international makes all the coastes in th united states.

He said that because rct is around now. Some other 9th grader did a report oncoastes and everbodyslike you forgot the heartline twist rollercoaster and the virginia reel. I hate that. Non-enthusiast: 'I heard Deja Vu fell off it's track!'
Non-enthusiast: 'I heard Deja Vu got stuck upside-down!'
Non-enthusiast: 'I heard Deja Vu killed a trainload of people!'
Me: 'No no no, it just got stuck between the big loop and the weird twistie loop, at the bottom.'
This is all in response to what rumors can go around my school 150 miles away from SFGAm's Deja Vu. I guess word of it's May 5th fiasco gets around!

Thats wierd-- when I went to school in Indiana PA near pittsburg the school band took a trip to Hershey Park and My school band now in Bear DE took a school trip to Hershey park

Here is two explanations for Mr. Freeze which I rode this weekend for the first time. The first is the one I think of to myself and the second is the one I gave at work.
My Explanation: You get shot our of a tunnel by LIMs doing 0-70 in four seconds. You are then catapulted through a top hat inversion, into and overbanked turn.. This carries you into a 220 ft vertical spike with LIMS that shoot you up to the top. The LIMS then propel you down faster than you would fall normally and you repeat the entire ride in reverse.
The dumbed down version: You get shot our of this tunnel at 70 mph and then you start going straight up in the air and then you, well, you, how the heck do I explain a top hat inversion to you? A forget it. You get shot out of a tunnel go through some inversions go up a vertical spike fall backwards and do the whole thing in reverse.
