I lost my hat on Poison Ivy. How pathetic.
Removing Laser makes very little sense... it occupies very little space and I can't see much being gained as a result of its removal...
I would be willing to bet any amount of money that NO Dorney coasters are marked for removal! A flat ride, perhaps, but nothing too major.
If they were adding to the water park then why would they remove a flat ride or coaster from the amusement park? The Laser/Steel Force area is at the opposite end of the park. I'm sure they are referring to removing a water attraction from the water park and not the amusement park. Talon is right next to the water park; we all know that is not going anywhere!

Amen, thats what i just said. It makes no sense whatsoever because a.) it sits in the middle of the pathway at the end of the park( most coasters occupy a large length of land) and takes up no room whatsoever, I could see them moving it to another part of the park if anything but i doubt even that b.) its a schwartzcopf! There are very few left and I think that Dorney may have half a brain and decides to keep this rare gem of a dying breed that they have.
If anything, its room for removal at the waterpark. Have you ever been there? Its one giant sea of people, especially on these record breaking heat wave days.

"We don't have a lot of land. The next [big ride] may require us to take something down or move something. Or just be innovative."
This followed a paragraph that mentions the available land at DP (30 acres), compared to its competitors. So it's actually rather vague, and considering he even says or be innovative I wouldn't look to see a ride removed anytime soon.
Regarding the waterpark, he says:
"We will be putting more money in the water park. It's great to use in commercials because our competitors in that area don't have anything like them. A lot of the slides are old and can be replaced with better ones."
So mostly, next year look for waterpark renovations with the removal of some old slides to do so, and don't worry about any of the coasters going anywhere.
