Disney Union and drug testing?

Yeah and just drinking a bunch of water doesn't take it out of your system. A guy where my father works (in a steel mill) was a known pot smoker. One day he got injured at work, nothing major, but required first aid. Any time there is an injury you will be drug tested. It came back positive of course. To save his job he had to go through rehab and remain clean. He went through the rehab but didn't want to stay clean. He got tested randomly every so often. He went out and bought all those pills and junk you can take to get pot our of your system, they DON'T work. He drank water like there was going to be no more and took those pills. This guy is now without a job because water and/or pills do not work.

Wow, two people posting absolute truths in the same thread that are opposite of each other. I think the world is going to end. ;)

Krypton, you won't "def" pass a drug test by pounding water.

Sarah Jackson, some of those things DO work. Most are just masks that only give you a window and I'm not sure how they stand up to intense scrutiny. BUT some of them DO indeed allow pot smokers to pass a drug test if one follows the directions.

Sarah: My sister works in the Cleveland Steel mills, she had a friend who lost his job the same way. 25.50 an hr and he puffed it away. (i wonder if it's the same person.)

this post went WAY south, I was simply asking if this was for the Union regulations. more a curiosity of amusement operations, not how to pass a test.

During my Disney College program and seasonal stints they never did pre-employment drug testing, but I remember signing something that says that if asked you would have to submit to one.
