Different state then home park?

My real home park is 45 minutes south of me, Indiana Beach. Six Flags is a much longer drive, but it's still a second home park to me. I love them both very much!

Will be at Busch Gardens Williamsburg April 27th.
I live in Indiana, but Kings Island is my home park (45 min away). Americana (when open) and Kentucky Kingdom are close also.

I live in upstate NY, about 420 miles and 7 hours from Cedar Point, and I consider it my home park. I guess it really isn't any more, but I used to live in Akron, OH, and while Geauga Lake was closer, when I lived there it stunk, so I always thought of CP as my home park. Even now I still feel that way. CP will always be my home park. But I guess I'll have to consider SFDL my new home park, but I'm just not into that yet...

My home park is SFDL, which is about 20 minutes away. But the park sucks. I make the 5 hour drive to CP every year. So can I call CP my home park? *** This post was edited by disneyfan on 4/4/2001. ***

I live 30 Minutes from PKD, so we go about once or twice every two weeks...usually on Sunday after Church.

Close By, Great Park! WHAT LUCK!

Favorite Park: Paramount's Kings Dominion!

Favorite Coaster: HyperSonic XLC!
I live in Lancaster PA (10 minutes to Dutch Wonderland (HaHaHa), 40 minutes to Hershey, 4 hours to Kennywood, 1.5 hours to Dorney Park, 2.5 hours to Knoebel's) and I get a pass for Great Adventure in New Jersey (2 hours)!
I go to the University of Maryland, so am just a stone's throw from SFA.
But...
My wife went to college in Richmond, so spent four years visiting her and King's Dominion. (or was it the other way around?)
But..
Grew up in Williamsburg with BGW. I guess it will always be my home park. Maybe the other's are home parks away from home?
Talk about distance... I grew up in northern MI, my family went to CP every year or two since '83, and I worked there for 3 seasons -- it is definately my home park, even though I moved to Florida in 1998! CP will always be my home park, because no matter how far away I live or how long I've been gone, walking down that midway is always coming home.

I live in Mississippi, and Jazzland is my home park. The other closest parks are SFOT and SFAstroworld and SFOG. All those are 7-8 hour drives.

I live in TX but I consider my home park to be SFMM because I go to it about twice as often as any other.
I live in Central NY, and I consider my home park Dorney Park, because its a 2.5 hour drive. The only other park that is close is SFDL, but that's a 3.5 hour trip.

Talon is going to rock, roll, and take its toll on the top 10!"
I live 25 minutes from Belmont Park, about an 1 3/4 hours from Disneyland and a little bit more from Knott's. But I grew up in Western PA. Kennywood is and will always be my "home" park. I've got an small Kennywood arrow pointing east in my place. If I'm in the tri state area for any reason, I make it a point to go to Kennywood.
I live in Michigan and my home park is Cedar Point.

I live in Rockville, MD and the closest amusement park from my house is SFA, in Largo, MD, but I consider PKD in Doswell, VA as my home park because I go there much more often. I will be hitting Hypersonic on the 11th of April, which is tuesday and I can't wait but I wil always go to SFA this year which is my second home park to ride Batwing which is a clone of X-Flight. Both coasters will be great!!

I live in PA and consider Six Flags Great Adventure in NJ my home park. The only park closer is Sesame Place!
I live in Detroit and consider Cedar Point my home park. Even though I only go to it once a year, I consider it my home park because I don't go to any other parks.

I live in Louisiana, but my home park is SFOT in, of course, Texas.
