Differant way of editing posts...

I have found that it is just as easy to edit a recently posted reply by clicking edit and fixing you mistakes, then highlighting all of the text, and click copy. Then delete your post, this is on the same screen. Then repost your reply by pasting your copied text into the reply box. Make sure to copy over your signature if you copied it. This allows you to make corrections to your posts without having to show "This post was edited..." Do you understand? I like this method better, is it ok?

There's no problem with it, but the only time I'd do it would be if you're fixing a mistake on a message you just posted. Otherwise, if you delete an old post, the "new" one will drop all the way to the bottom of the thread, and end up confusing people.
