They have. It's called X at Six Flags Magic Mountain.
I haven't ridden this but I've seen some POV's from Discovery. It does look like it has some odd transitions but all Arrow do. That's why Vortex is my favorite steel. :)

Just because somebody comes off of Magnum bruised and battered and not wanting to ride again doesn't make them a "pansie." I have a good friend who LOVES Magnum, but can't ride it much because she's too small to not be literally slammed into everything possible (lapbar, seat, side of car, me) on every ride. Show some compassion for the folks who just can't do it...
